Slightly Under 4 Inches Thick
I ordered this to help me prepare for a fitness test wherein I must do pushups such that my chest touches a 4-inch foam block. While the other dimensions on this block (9 and 6 inches) seem accurate, the block’s 4-inch thickness is more like 3 3/4 inches. This may not see like much to the casual user but it’s a big deal when doing pushups! On a positive note, it SHOULD help me over-prepare for my test.
