Extremely surprised….this works!
I normally don’t write reviews, but for this product I must. I was very, very skeptical as I walk/hike/workout 6 days a week. I’ve been dealing with knee pain on my left with a feeling of instability. I applied the knee brace today to both knees (I was in disbelief..I could literally feel my knee with no pain during my entire 30 min walk/hike. Time will tell, & I’ll update if there’s a change, but for me this is a win.

Low profile, well-contructed
Well-constructed, lightweight, and breathable. I put these on both knees to walk the dogs. They provide the right amount of stability. Though they do not provide total pain-relief, they provide enough that I forget I am wearing them. Also, they have a low profile. I can easily wear them under my slacks and jeans.

Fairly comfortable, strap too long
I got these because I have had issues with my knee giving out. I have what I would call average legs, I wear a large in a stabilizing knee brace and the straps for these are way too long. It does seem to help though and will keep them. Comfort is so-so.

Best knee bracers I’v tried! You don’t have to wear them super tight either.
I rarely write glowing reviews, but this is a 5-star product for sure! I’ve worn these bracers for at least 3 weeks without taking them off, and my knees and thighs have gotten STRONGER. I’m 68 and have tried numerous bracers but this one really works! I’m standing up and walking much better. Strongly recommend if you have bone on bone knee pain and/or wobbly kneecaps like I do. I have not experienced bone on bone pain or wobbly kneecaps since wearing these bracers. You don’t have to wear them super tight either. Just snug enough to tame that rowdy kneecap!

Good for knee pain
I think they work. I recently started running and tried these for knee pain. Fit well and don’t move when you run. Not the most comfortable though

Hi, I didn’t thin that they were gonna work. I actually got a lot relief and I still use them.

Little doesn’t mean not enough
I have arthritis in a previously injured, (torn tendons, surgery 30 years ago), right knee having a long history of on and off; OK, not so good, minor soreness, stiffness of tendons on side and rear of Patella, re-injury a few years back, difficulty walking, getting out of chair, etc.Minor inconveniences, more or less difficulty, instability in walking. Went to Sawbones, took Xrays and he said nothing looked like it needed fixing–arthritis my main problem. Thought I’d give these a try; inexpensive, easy to put on and off.Have them on continually now for well over a month; subtle. Slowly, I barely even noticed a change ’till today when I realized that I had no awareness of my right knee. Usually there has been always some little soreness or background notice of my knee. Some feeling of instability when walking. I’m better able to get out of chairs because my knee feels stronger, more stable. It would occasionally “buckle” suddenly when walking; not any more. For the first time in a long time, my knee feels… normal! This little Knee Brace has made a difference. I’m pleasantly surprised. I really wasn’t expecting much. This has turned out to be the best “Bang for the Buck” I’ve gotten in a long time. Check it out! What have you got to lose?

Very good straps
These are nice. I’ve used a lot of different patella straps (torn meniscus). Mostly they’re unpadded, but the padding on these is just enough as others were too thick and bulky that it wasn’t comfy kneeling. These went into the “keep” pile. Also, I’m not petite, not huge, but sometimes straps are too short. These were perfect

I bought these for my dad because I’ve had great luck with them using them so far for our genetic knee problems known as“Osgood-Schlatter disease”It’s an overuse or tight muscle injury that causes pain and swelling just below the kneecap (patella) on the shinbone (tibia), specifically at the point where the patellar tendon attaches. It creates a tender bony lump at the top of shinbone. It’s said that surgery is rarely needed however everyone in my family on my dads has needed it now except me (yet). My older brother just went into surgery for this on Nov 17th (a week or so ago); he’s now 54, so i am in no way outta the woods, just yet!Needless to say, these straps work wonders on the pain relief when needed. I must have 6 pairs now. This will be my dad’s 1st pair and though he’s not a huge believer that this will help any, I can’t wait until he wears it to see himself!

I can’t believe the difference these little things make! I’ve had chronic tendonitis of the knee, as well as some meniscus damage so I’ve been looking at braces for stability. I wear a (much) larger brace when I’m in training (muay thai, MMA) but these are great for slightly lesser activities like hiking and such. Highly recommended!

It’s not a miracle fix, but it can help with instability.

wear them while working out and on the treadmill. No knee pain that i had before after two knee surgeries for ripped meniscus and torn acls. seem to help!

I gave this three stars because it does help (when it stays in place), but it doesn’t stay in place very well. My son uses these for volleyball, and he says they really help with his knee pain! He wears them under his knee pads, so they stay put. But when he does other sports, without knee pads, they don’t stay in place. His volleyball teammate bought the exact same ones and he also complains that they don’t stay in place (he doesn’t use knee pads, so it’s a big frustration).
