Total Game Changer
After seeing Tom Platz’s , the Quad Father, on the importance of squatting shoes, I was curious about the getting a pair.Luckily, I found a low price pair of AddiasSquating shoes . However, I was impressedthe quality shoes, and overall impact of on my squaring.When you squat with these shoes, you’ll immediately feel the difference. My quads and glutes were on fire when I put these pair of shoes.After a few of squatting with these shoes, I bring in my extra large backpack and put them on for leg day. Overall, I seen a better improvement on my alignment, and the shoulder pair went away.If you want to get a solid pair of squatting shoes without breaking the back, get these shoes.P.SThey run a tad bit tight, so you want to order 1/2 bigger that your normal size. When I say tight, they are a narrow by the toes.Good luck guys( that includes the gals), hopefully this review was useful

Awesome in many ways!
My wife got me these as a Father’s Day gift, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been squatting for years in regular, soft-soled sneakers, and from the very first use of these shoes, I felt a noticeable improvement in stability and overall confidence during lifts.Within just a few weeks, the knee pain that had always been part of my squatting experience has almost completely disappeared.On top of that, I’ve received several compliments from trainers and regulars at the gym on the style and color.I followed the brand’s sizing recommendation and ordered 0.5 size down—they fit perfectly.For the price, these offer incredible value. Many consider them the best “bang for your buck” lifting shoe, and now I understand why. Highly recommended.

Good beginner shoe
Wasn’t sure if I really needed a heeled shoe for squats so I decided to give these a try given the relatively small heel and WOW what a difference these made in my squat form and the how they felt. For what they are they are quite comfortable though I will say the toe box is stunningly narrow for a lifting shoe. If you have wide feet definitely look elsewhere. For the price the quality is as expected and I would definitely recommend to people who are curious about heels for squats.

Great lifting shoe, specifically lifting squats and OHP
I returned this product as it didn’t fit my specific needs but this is a great shoe for squats and OHP. The heel lift gives fantastic depth assistance in squats and better stack alignment for OHP. This shoe is stable and very grounded. Flat to the floor feels like excellent power transfer with tremendous ankle support and a roomy toe box for comfort. The reason for the return was that I needed something a bit less rooted for my gym sessions that includes heavy bag work. These are exactly the anchors needed for big lifts, but too much stability and immobility for my specific work out but maybe great for yours.

Amazing
Game changer for weightlifting. Also super stylish. Very happy with my purchase. I usually get size 9 for women but had to go with size 8 for women on this one. It is an extremely comfortable shoe. The sole is somewhat flexible so it’s easy to walk in but still rock solid and makes full, sturdy ground contact. I wish I’d gotten this shoe a long time ago because it really improved my training.

I’m now going to the gym at least 3 days a week I’m getting married in 4 months so I’m pushing my gym experience. I’m doing cardio machines (elliptical and stairs and the bicycle), the typical weight gym equipment and then I’m also doing weight lifting and also squats and stuff and some trx. I’m basically all over the place on structured days. My old shoes also adidas but a different style were really needed to be replaced, I admit I kept them far too long. So here I am finally getting around to it and I found these. Now I love adidas, so I was willing to give these a try. I don’t often buy shoes online but I’m coming around. Plus the price was on its downside, I have to say I’m glad I did, at my purchase time like a month or so ago the price was $89 and change, I was curious and the price is today (thanksgiving) listed at $120. So anyways I noticed just how much better these shoes are compared to my old ones, at first when planking. My old ones would slide on the mat and I’d fall down blaming my fatness and my old shoes… So I got these and the very first time, I could finally do it. Made my friend laugh out loud at my excited comment of “these are good shoes!” And they hold on the leg press and on the glute press (my old shoes actually slid off the foot bar and slammed the weight back down, so loud! I was embarrassed. Now I do notice on the leg press machine that when I put my toes on the bottom of the press and work my calves that it feels as it they’ll slid off but they don’t but I just pushed my toes up in the shoes and I’m good. Hopefully this review not only makes sense but also helps. Great shoes for the gym and actually really comfortable too. I have to make myself change out of them when I get home. I really like them. Also additional points I got the white with black stripes unisex/men’s size 7.5 I normally wear between 8.5-9 in women’s so the ladies size is spot on. I really really like these shoes.

I tried five differnt pairs and styles of weight lifting shoes. These are the ones that did the trick. They fit well, do not tip or roll, and grip the floor. I love them.I purchased the white with black slashes. They are sharp looking to the point where onlookers comment on them. Even thought they are bright white, I am not concerned about their getting dirty because I change into them at the gym, and never wear them outdoors.
