Whether the workout calls for power or endurance, these adidas shoes offer the support you need for strength training. A dual-density midsole keeps feet stable through heavy lifts, while remaining flexible enough for cardio. HEAT.RDY and a breathable upper work overtime to beat the heat, so you can focus on the reps. A wide fit accommodates swelling feet, and an Adiwear outsole grips the floor to drive performance. This product features at least 20% recycled materials. By reusing materials that have already been created, we help to reduce waste and our reliance on finite resources and reduce the footprint of the products we make.

Perfect for strength training and lifting! Very stable & comfortable.
I have newly returned to the gym & strength training after several years off. I have been trying to train in my running shoes and felt SO off balance. Duh, I needed the right shoes! I’m SO happy with these Adidas Dropsets! I feel like a tree frog with my feet solidly gripping the ground. Stability, comfort, and they’re cute. I currently am working around an achilles injury, and these are very comfortable. Absolutely worth the money!Obviously: these are not walking shoes or running shoes! They are designed specifically to be flat for lifting. I see some comments like “they’re not very comfortable walking shoes”… you’re correct, and they weren’t meant to be. Search for walking shoes if that’s what you need 🙂

Size and comfort
I have a 7.5 wide foot. I ordered 7.5 wide. I used the size chart, my foot is just under 9 3/8 inches long. What had me exchange these for an 8 is the front of the shoe.Though the wide is excellent, my foot is 4 inches wide, and has no pinch. The front decorative material across the toe of the shoe does not give. It is somewhat stiff and so my toe rubs on the top of my big toe’s nail. Eventually ilthat would cause a problem. The size 8 I received is a great fit all around. The shoe has a supportive arch, more than I have known Adidas to have in the past. It has an excellent stabilizing sole and supports my feet when I sustain one legged stretches or lifts. It stays in place when I do Plyometric (sports related drills) depending on quick stop and push offs laterally. The give in the toe box is lax enough for doing sets of lunges, there is no pinch or binding.Great choice.

Great
Amazing shoes! Love the wide fit.

Beautiful & bright – prolly not for squats… higher heal.
These are bright & beautiful. I bought them for the gym for lifting (beginner). They’re supposed to be flat. Maybe drop 3 means not flat? My bad. Reviews were great for squats, planks & more. For me I felt the arch a lot. Usually I want this. I did go with another brand for the gym as my trainer suggested flat shoes. All this to say they are very nice but not for what I need at the gym. One thing I didn’t care for are the shoe laces had no give or stretch. It made me feel that they could break sooner than later. I’m used to a Brook Ghost shoe as they are wide. I think the Ghost’s are a little wider than these. IMO I would stick to the Brooks Ghost for walking. It’s a journey for sure finding the best shoe for your needs. Have fun shopping!! 🏋️♀️🌸🌺

good for strength training, not cardio
fit true to size, very sturdy, somewhat of a heavy shoe, def not meant for running or cardio, not flexible, great for strength training

Caused blisters in heel
These shoes fit true to size, good for wide feet, and are very cute. I wanted to love these because they seemed so great for weightlifting. Unfortunately, I had to return, which was an easy process. But the heels rub so bad and after just 20 minutes of wearing them and walking around the house it caused a really bad blister to form. Do not recommend at all!

Shoes
I wear these shoes to work out in. Walk on treadmill, weight training. They are very comfortable. I like the color.

Great for gym use!
I needed shoes for days I lift weights. My Brooks running shoes are too cushioned, leaving me feeling unstable. These are great! Love how I can go from weights to cardio on the treadmill or elliptical with the same shoes. I have high arches and these provide the support and stability I was looking for.

My fav shoe, I teach PhysEd in them each day and now prefer to play VB in them as well. I need great grip which I love on these and at work these are great comfortable all day shoes. My inserts fit in easily. I am picky on shoes and now have 2 pairs this year, my old ones are now my everyday outside shoes. You will love these.

I’m hesitant to call this a great “cross training” shoe, but it does have its pros, depending on what you’re looking for.Pros: Awesome shoe for weightlifting: solid, stable heel, enough toe box room. Little, to no cushioning. Light and breathable. Cons: Definitely not a shoe you’d want to run in, even short distances because of the stiff heel and no cushioning. They’re a little wide for narrow feet (I sized down from the chart too, they fit large). The heel comes up a little high on me, and did rub in a weird way at times. I didn’t like this shoe for cross-fit at all. Wore once and will only wear these for weight training alone now. I prefer the Reebok Nano for cross fit-they are a better balance of stability and comfort, for a wider range of activities.
