There good weights and weigh as much as they say. I was gonna use them to be heavier when weighed, can’t really do that because they are really bulky. When you take the actual weight out of the fabric it’s sand in a bag.

Easy to attach. The Velcro does not come off easily and stays in throughout my whole workout and like how easy it is to remove/add weights!

I love my weights, fits great on my ankles while working around the house, also use them for squats, you really cant use them out walking, too baulky! Nice material and you can take out weights easily

The straps suck and they still slip despite how many there are. I found myself just keeping them resting on my shoes because I still want the extra weight.
