Bought these for my mom and she liked the taste, I am not sure if they were a benefit or not. She has some cognitive issues so it might be hard to tell. I still like the ingredients in this product and ease of use for those who cannot swallow pills. I would recommend trying this product.

I rarely write reviews, and mostly those are for bad products.This product is the rare find, I am a manager of a multimillion-dollar operation, and have 18 people that report directly to me, stress is what’s for breakfast. My wife is disabled, so that keys in the anxiety.These are a game changer!!! I received the bottles on a bad day for me, my mind was racing and it was making me feel awful. Took 2 gummies and went about my routine, didn’t really notice anything, but a few hours later my mind was still racing, but I didn’t feel upset anymore, I felt almost calm. 2 weeks into taking 1 gummie per day and I still feel calm and my mind doesn’t race as much. I ran into a friend I see often over the weekend, and she commented on how relaxed I was (she didn’t know about the gummies). I have tried the other type of gummies legal in some states, they don’t hold a candle to these. Plus these are safe to go to work with.I gave out my second bottle to my good friend who asked me to order more for him.He is an anxiety monster, I can tell when he forgets to take a gummie.I made the offer to a few people at work, buy them and try them. With the promise that I would buy the bottles from them if they didn’t work for them.3 people at work took me up on that and are now buying these.One has cut his Lorazepam usage by 75% just by taking these daily.Another just said he feels better & sleeps better.The last told me they got their daughter back (19 years old). She has been struggling with school and her personal life, became withdrawn & anxious. Her dad asked her to take 2 on a night they went out to eat then played trivia at the small-town restaurant. A few hours in mom asked her daughter what was going on??? She was walking around talking to her friends and people she knew, she was engaging again. She wasn’t just looking at the ground fidgeting. Tastes Great and Beneficial when fresh
Update: So, I opened both jars to see what they were like and found that the first jar (on the right in the video) was soft, chewy and what I was used to. (Great pain reliever and sleep aid). While the other jar (on the left in the video), was not as tasty and tough to chew. I am not sure if the additional powder sprinkled over them, designed to keep them from sticking, was the cause of this or not. However, I could really tell the difference. In any case, the company did satisfy the order. I still really like the porduct over other brands.I’ve ordered these before and they were really fresh and nice, but after reading a review and seeing a picture of a jar of gummies that look similar to mine, I decided not to open mine. They have this white powder substance on the inside of them in which I saw one person said they tasted dried out. Not sure what happened with this batch, but I felt as if my previous dash had a better effect on me than the Goli brand of Ashwagandhi. So I will be getting back with the company to possibly get a replacementor just simply returning them for a refund.

Truly a wonder for anxiety and sleep!
As a therapist who’s personally trying to avoid medication, I’ve been really impressed with these ashwagandha gummies. They taste great, and within about a week I noticed a big difference in my anxiety and sleep. I take them at night since they can make me a little drowsy, in a calm, relaxing way. I now sleep through the night without tossing and turning. My mind is quiet again! They also help with cortisol levels and can help calm some food cravings! Some gummies do discolor a bit before finishing the bottle, but the effectiveness hasn’t changed. A great natural tool I’ll keep recommending!
