I would recommend trying these teas.
These teas taste good! I have the Fatigue Fighting tea first thing in the morning and the Anti Inflammatory tea during the day. The morning tea does help me to get going in the mornings. I have not used the Anti Inflammatory one long enough to honestly report that I feel a great difference, but based on the ingredients it can only be helpful.These teas work with the AIP diet I am on currently. I put an infuser in my cup and fill up with hot water several times. The teas come in good quality resealable bags.The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is that it seems expensive for the quantity.

Wonderful AI tea! Hot or Iced!
I have purchased this tea twice now and it is absolutely wonderful!!! I don’t consider myself a “tea drinker” but this has completely changed my perspective. My nurse practitioner suggested adding turmeric and cinnamon to my diet because I suffer from chronic inflammation from chronic migraine and spondylothesis. I am also a controlled diabetic and cinnamon has been shown to regulate blood sugar. This tea is delicious and Ibelieve it helps ease my pain and reduces swelling and bloating. I drink it hot but have recently been steeping 8 oz for 15 minutes and use it as a base for iced tea that I sweeten with pure stevia extract. I’m sure you could also use agave or honey. It is a wonderful, spicy yet refreshing cold drink to have during the day that doesn’t contain caffeine. For someone who is a medicinal tea novice and a healthy skeptic, I am very pleased with its flavor and soothing effects. The tea is high quality and very aromatic. I store it in an opaque mason jar and it stays very fresh. I only wish you received more tea for the price. However, it’s quality and potency are worth the price. You must buy a good steeper or loose tea infuser for best results. I plan to try some of the other varieties this company makes. I like that a portion of their profits go to autoimmune research. I feel like I’m doing something good for myself and someone else.

Actually WORKS
Actually WORKS! (Besides being divinely delicious!) I have major adrenal issues and high cortisol symptoms that always make falling asleep a long process and the classic 3 am sudden waking. I do take melatonin. But it doesn’t stop these issues. But …The first night I drank this it really impacted me – it felt incredible to feel so mellow and centered.I slept great! I didn’t even wake up in middle of night! Now I find myself looking forward to my new “mini spa like ceremony” before bed! Also the quality and aroma of these herbs in the silky sachet is so luxurious!
