Delicious flavor! Will help you drink more water
I’m in love with Beam! I was super impressed with the quality overall. The flavor is very potent and delicious – so much so that I usually split each packet between two full bottles of water. Drinking enough water is always a challenge for me and this product really helped me get in more H20 daily. It dissolves relatively well too, no blender ball or whisking needed. Just add to your bottle and shake. The biggest impact I’ve noticed after two months of taking Beam (every other day) is my periods have become extremely manageable! My cramps have decreased and my overall mood just feels lighter. I wish I had tracked my hormones before and after — I truly feel like my body is regulating itself. Ive purchased Beam as a gift for my best friend and little sister because all women deserve to feel this comfortable in the most uncomfortable part of their cycle!

Repeat buyer. This helps me fill in the gaps with daily hypothyroid symptoms. Helps make sure I am getting all of the vitamins and minerals in my diet that help support my thyroid health that I might miss in my nutrition. I feel better when use this once a day. Tastes great, rich raspberry flavor. It is almost like a dessert drink it tastes so good. I look forward to it daily. It tastes so good it helps me not crave sweet treats. Not a fan of the flavor
I love everything kiwi strawberry, so out of the few options here, I thought that’s be the best. I was wrong. My sister had the same reaction. We both immediately said it was too strong, added more water, then regretted making more to drink. I’ve gotten a bit used to the taste, but don’t enjoy it at all. Not sure of the benefits overall, but I did notice a pretty immediate mood boost and a more regular period than I’d been havingin the weeks after starting use.

Delicious and Effective
I love Glow! I’ve tried raspberry and watermelon so far. Both taste great! I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin. I’m hoping that has something to do with balancing out my hormones, which is my goal this year. I’m going to try the blue raspberry next. I was thinking how great it would be if they came out with a matcha version! I would be so happy!

I get the Strawberry Kiwi and I love the taste! I haven’t tried any other flavors yet, but am happy with Strawberry Kiwi for now. I feel good since starting these, but haven’t noticed any drastic changes yet. It dissolves pretty well also!
