False advertising. Save your money
I took this Probiotic as directly for 6 months. I did NOT lose any weight as is claimed in their advertisement. I gained 7 lbs while taking this and I follow a diabetic diet. As soon as I quit taking Bioma I lost those 7 lbs in 2 months plus an additional 2 lbs in the following month. I did not change my diet at anytime before, during and after stopping Bioma. Save your money.

The shipper takes care to make sure the product arrives without any breakage.On another note, since using the BIOMA probiotics I have been experiencing a very slow steady loss of weight. Not sure of the reasons, just know that it is happening. Overall when I take it regularly I have a bit more energy and don’t feel bloated and nauseous all the time. Not claiming it’s a miracle supplement but it works for me.

Not much help for weight loss. My stomach feels upset less often and I feel less bloated at least.
It did not seem to help much with weight loss. However, I did notice my stomach gets upset less often and at least I feel a bit less bloated.
