Excellent Protein Powder for the PCOS girlies!!!!
So far have been using this for about 2 weeks and it’s one of the best protein powders I ever used. It does have a slightly chalky taste because of the peas, but like others have said it’s not over powering. What makes a difference for me is if I use chia seeds or not, otherwise it mixes well in smoothies and batters. I highly recommend using the vanilla in waffles or pancakes. They taste great, I get my protein, and I don’t spike. I can’t say anything concrete in regards to the skin-care aspect of this powder because I’m still trying to get a consistent skin routine under control.

I think this is one of the best plant based protein powders out there. The powder has a good amount of vitamins and aminos. It mixes well as long as you dont use cold liquids. I liked the vanilla flavor but it does cause it to be a little overly sweet. The texture is good and doesnt have that after beany taste some vegetable proteins can have. One thing i didnt like was the price ut was kind of pricey but us pretty good size wise. I also dont like that it doesmix well with cold liquids. Doesn’t cause bloating or stomach discomfort. Overall is a good quality vegetable protein to use to get enough protein in your diet. I would recommend this product to anyone if they used protein but don’t know anyone that uses protein powder besides myself.

Best Dairy Free/Plant Based I’ve found
Best non-dairy protein that I’ve found so far. I am SUPER picky and I need something that will taste good and blend well with oat milk – this wins. I used to use Orgain but the flavor is better and it has less ingredients and therefore more pure. I have the chocolate and the blueberry….next time I’ll try vanilla. The large size lasts a very long time! It does not taste too good with just water – but honestly, what protein powder does? It’s drinkable but not as good as with a dairy-free milk alternative.

Está muy rica!! tenía miedo porque por ahí había leído comentarios que sabía mal, pero todo lo contrario, es rica, es importante no diluir más de lo que recomienda porque entonces sí sabe fea porque pierde sabor, yo la hago con agua y el sabor es mejor que con otra bebida.también hay comentarios de sensación tierrosa, no sé que es eso pero que tenga textura me agrada, no parece que estoy tomando agua nada más, me ayuda bastante a mantenerme saciado de hambre.sentí mejoría en mi recuperación post entreno, ya veremos como me ayuda o no en los siguientes meses.recomendada 100%

Es muy buena la proteína, La verdad no conozco a Ale Rubio, solo la compre por el precio y por la marca en si.¿Qué le vi de malo? Su sabor y en como se diluye. En si se diluye relativamente bien, pero aun se sienten grumos, y sobre el sabor, sabe casi a cartón, con un toque de mora azul y el sabor que te deja la coca-cola sin azúcar. Así que te recomiendo ir por tu licuadora, ponerle de 4 a 5 fresas, 1 cucharada de azúcar si de verdad odias el sabor (esto es opcional y la cuchara es chiquita evita consumirla si puedes) y ponle Hielos, yo le pongo hielos redondos chicos, entre 4 a 6 hielos, lo dejas batir un rato y el sabor se sentirá pasable.No soy el indicado para decirles si esta proteína es la mejor o la peor que hay en el mercado o si les dará los mismo resultados que a mi, pero en general, para una persona como yo, que soy sedentaria, no solía tomar mucha agua y comía solo 1 vez al día si bien me iba, pues me hizo sentir con energías por las mañanas. El bote dice que te la prepares en 300ml pero yo la preparo en 600ml para que me rinda mientras hago ejercicio. A mi me ha estado sirviendo, si te quieres animar, te recomiendo mucho que tomes en cuenta lo del sabor y si en verdad quieras un producto vegetal o basado en leche.Y Si te preguntabas, revuelve el estomago? Pues no mucho, si se siente algo después de tomártela, pero se pasa a los 5 minutos. Después te sientes muy ligero, a comparación de una proteína que probé de la Farmacia Similares, que si me hacia sentir mal, pero si sabia bien xd.La seguiré tomando hasta que necesite una mejor proteína cuando ya tenga mas resultados en mis ejercicios.

El sabor es delicioso y el producto es ideal para cocinar. No es necesario adicionar ningun tipo de endulzante ya que este si viene con endulcorantes aunque es minima la cantidad.Un punto a notar es que el producto de 500gms, la lata es mas grande que la cantidad del contenido que viene contenida.
