Comfortable and support
These shoes are hands down the best pair of Brooks I have ever bought. They have a thick layer of cushion that absorb each step I take on the treadmill. They give you plenty of room in the toe area which is something I have had difficulty with when buying my other Brooks. I no longer have sore feet after walking 4+miles on the treadmill each day. I highly recommend these shoes.

Love these shoes SO much. I often have foot pain when walking for long periods of time, and these help so much. they don’t have the most intense arch support, but I feel like they do a pretty good job of supporting my arches — though my arches are average.Despite having ample cushion, these aren’t overly cushy (not like some hokas or sketchers for instance) and are the perfect in between of cushy and supportive. I never feel like i’m sinking in the cushion, but I also feel like there is good support for shock absorption. I have a pair of Hoka Bondi 9s and those are very cushy, but these have a great in between of cushy and supportive and I feel like my legs and feet are less fatigued when wearing these.I also LOVE the wider toe box. I hate when my toes feel squished and these in the regular are wide enough for me. The quality is excellent as well.I have run in these and walked in these and they are so so comfortable. They are definitely an investment, and I am glad I got the all black color so I can really rough these up without seeing the dirt all over them. I definitely want more colors eventually, but I worry the all white ones look too “orthopedic-y”? But I might get them anyway, because who cares! they are so comfortable.Side note: There has been a huge winter storm in Texas and I wore these to walk outside, and the traction on these shoes are actually better in slippery conditions that my Blundstone boots. That’s not to say you should run around with these shoes in icy conditions, but I do think they provide better than average traction!

I was very indecisive between Brooks and Hoka, but a nurse friend recommended Brooks—and I’m extremely glad I chose them. From the moment I put them on, they felt amazing and required no break-in time. The functionality is excellent: they provide strong arch support, proper cushioning, and great stability, allowing me to stand, walk, and run for long periods without discomfort. The support gives a noticeable boost with each step and helps reduce fatigue. They are true to size, well-constructed, and feel very durable while still maintaining a clean, chic look. Overall, these shoes perform exactly as intended and are well worth the investment.

Best Shoes She’s Ever Worn
My daughter said these are the best shoes she has ever put on her feet—and that says it all. The Brooks Ghost Max 3 shoes are incredibly comfortable, supportive, and cushioned, making them perfect for both walking and running. I love these!
I just got these and put them on! I did add a dr sholls insole because the soul is firm. But, many people might like it that way just fine. But that being said; they have this wonderful bounce that kinda propels you a little with each step. Also, when walking there is this cushy, comfy feel with each step. I need these for working on hardwood floors all day. I really have high hopes that I won’t have foot pain with these! They are really comfortable! Also, around the ankles! They are light weight. I have wide feet, so I got x-wide and I have plenty of room in the toe box!

Mixed feelings…
My thoughts on this shoe are mixed. I purchased the cream colored ones, and they are absolutely heavenly for my feet. Perfect fit, perfect comfort, perfect everything. I was gifted another pair in the black and rose gold by my mother because I loved the ones I purchased so much, and they are WAY TOO SMALL. They’re the exact same size, and I simply can’t wear them. How can the same shoe in the same size, fit so wildly different in a different color? So, I say shop with caution. You could get the best shoe ever, or a shoe that doesn’t fit at all.

Brooks! Where have you been all my life?
Fantastic shoes, very comfortable, lots of cushioning and great arch support. It is very hard to find a good fitting shoe with arch support and I found them. This is my first pair of Brooks shoes and I wish I had known about them years ago. I like their style, they are not bulky, like so many shoes are lately. I wear them for walking and training and my feet feel great. I highly recommend these shoes.

After years of purchasing work shoes, these are the Best.
These shoes are the best for walking and standing. I bought them for my nursing job and I’m on my feet all night. I recently had knee surgery and I tent to supinate when walking. These are so comfortable, good arch support. I usually have to add arch support. True to size. And a little bit more toe room in the toe box, just slightly. So you won’t look like duck feet. So if you have bunions, this might be helpful. It’s like walking on a cloud, but not too soft, like sketchers can sometimes can be. Really good support all over without being tight or rigid. I purchased them in the blue. Perfect!
