Slight nausea/heartburn even taking with meal
One serving is 4 capsule/day. I like Each capsule are small enough that I can take them all at once, definitely more convenient than powder ones. Comes in a zip bag which is also convenient. Personally it gives me slight nausea/heartburn for a while even if I take it with meal.
