Worth every penny
I’m 42 and when I went to my pcp about hormone replacement she mentioned trying this first. It’s helped so much clear up the mood swings, brain fog, fatigue, hot flashes and waking up in the middle of the night. It’s recommended to take 4 a day but I started at 2 6 months ago and I just started taking 3. I prefer to take them in the morning to get them maximum benefit. The only downside is you have to remember to take them regularly. I know if I don’t take them is going to be a brain foggy day with a lot less energy. I have an appointment to discuss hormone replacement options in a few months but in the meantime these are keeping me for losing my sanity.

Really helpful for estrogen dominance
I took this for one month and my symptoms were reduced greatly. I no longer have breast fullness or tenderness. Which was really annoying. This really relieved my pain and went a long way. I started with 2 pills instead of the full dosage and it worked so well. The pills are easy to take and small.

DESPITE MY SKEPTICISM, THIS STUFF WORKS GREAT FOR ME!
I purchased this product on the advice of my homeapathy Dr. I was having awful pelvic pain at certain times each month for YEARS due to either endomitriosis, or a possible ovarian cyst. I’ve been to an OB many times, but aside from recommending prescription drugs or surgery, they were unable to help. My general practitioner kept encouraging me to stay on birth control pills to regulate my hormones, but I wanted a more natural option since I don’t feel comfortable or safe taking the pill for long periods of time. In any case, the naturalist I spoke with put me on several powerful vitamin supplements, along with FemGaurd + Balance. He said he’d gotten a lot of positive feedback from patients of his who used the FemGaurd. I honestly wasn’t sure this would work for me, as the pain I was having was so intense and excrutiating. But I decided to try it, anyway. I finished my last pack of birth control pills and immediately started the alternative regimine with Femgaurd. Now I want all of the women out there to know this is a 100% genuine review. Since I started up with the FemGaurd, I’ve hardly had any pain at all. I still feel pangs here and there, but overall I’m pain free most of the time. On the days when I do have pain, it’s much more manageable than before. It never ruins my day. I know this is not the answer for every woman out there, but if you are having problems with hormone imbalance, I would encourage women to at least give this product a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Big fan
My hormones had been crazy wacky and I have tried multiple supplements to help out, but this one is helping. With consistency my period is more regular and my PMS symptoms are much better. If course I am eating better and doing other things, but I recommend this. It has absolutely helped.
