Not working for me
This dim supplement didn’t work for me. Going back to a simpler formula . Maybe 400 mg is too much for my body. I started gaining weight or feel bloated. 200 mg helped me before to regulate my periods and since I took this my period just stopped this month .

What a great supplement for perimenopause
This supplement is a two month supply. The dose is two pills a day. I take these at night and before I started taking this I felt like I was melting from the inside out. This supplement completely changed my life. I still make sure to only wear cotton or linen and wool, but I no longer feel like I’m going to self combust and although I may feel warm at times, it is not the oven I was living before this supplement. I’m on subscription with this supplement and I won’t ever EVER stop taking it.
