Best purchase I’ve made-stopped my acne outbreak
This took away all my hormonal acne. It is amazing! I struggled with other products to stop the breakout for months and someone told me to try DIM, I immediately took the 400mg out of desperation though I saw some say to start either 200. I have had no problems with using this 400mg. It lasted me a long time and now I’m purchasing another bottle. I take one person day and again I say it works.

Helped with my son’s BACK ACNE.
My son suffered with back acne for YEARS. We went to the dermatologist at least 5 times and tried various creams and even oral antibiotics. NOTHING helped. Then one day I learned that higher amounts of testosterone can cause back acne and DIM can help reduce some of that testosterone.
