This did absolutely nothing to help me sleep. I’m not sure if there might be other benefits from taking this long term, yet I don’t feel any better and am still not sleeping well. I was pretty desperate for something natural to work so tried this and it was just a waste of money for me.

One a day is all I need, not 3 capsules. It’s a great value too at 60 per bottle.+ Formula: This supplement has a good dose of propolis, royal jelly, and bee pollen all in one. I can smell the quality when opening the bottle. The aroma is slightly honeylike and aromatic, not stale. The colors are deep amber rich and very fresh in apperance. I’ve been taking these three ingredients for years and honestly do feel they’re doing great for my energy and immunity. I’m writing this review after finishing all 60 capsules and still love it!+ Packaging: What I love the most about this bottle is the dark plastic, which helps keep the ingredients inside from being degraded by light. My capsules looked the same from my first capsule 2 months ago to my last yesterday. Past bee supplements I’ve tried in clear glass bottles and white plastic bottles tend to get a little stale in smell or change colors. These never did.

I’ve been taking this for a month now. I’ve noticed a glow from within when it comes to my skin. There’s been slight drop in my overall weight but I don’t know whether that’s because I’ve increased my walks and lifting heavy at the gym. Mentally I’m slightly sharper little to no brain fog or forgetting what I’m talking about in conversation. I’ve just purchased another bag to trial for another month.

After researching a lot about royal jelly, beneficial mushrooms and various other natural supplements in the past, I was intrigued when I saw the comprehensive and interesting blend Dr. Sosnowski’s Neurobee contains, and decided to try it.The capsules themselves have a very slight medicinal smell to them, but they don’t taste like anything. They are the standard size capsule and are easy to swallow. At 60 capsules being 30 days worth, they’re definitely on the pricy side, but when you weigh it against good quality, it balances it out somewhat.As for their effectiveness – they work! After about a week I started noticing a general increase in alertness, less brainfog, better focus, better energy levels throughout the day and an improvement in mood – an overall improvement in my sense of being.Are they worth it? I think they are, but I wish the price was a little bit lower as it would make it more accessible. Quality and effect wise, these capsules are great and I can recommend them, if you can afford it. It deserves 5 stars ✅
