False advertising and extremely poor quality
I’m extremely disappointed. The way this was packaged was painful to open, I think probably because someone returned this before, because when I opened it, the screws were all over the place, the display was scuffed up and some plastic bits on the underside were broken off. Maybe I was unlucky there, but the thing can’t even be assembled. The screws didn’t fit in the holes and the included Allen keys didn’t fit the screws! To make matters worse, this thing falsely advertised as being collapsible. It’s not! If you screw it together then you can’t collapse it without unscrewing it (which is an incredible chore even if the screws fit). If you don’t screw it together the bar display just flops all over. A real piece of junk. I’m mad I wasted my time trying to assemble it and now I have to waste more time trying to return it.

Worth it
I’m really impressed with this treadmill! It was easy to set up, runs smoothly, and is surprisingly quiet — perfect for early morning workouts without waking the whole house. The speed and incline options give a great range whether you’re walking or running. The display is clear, and I love the built-in programs. It feels sturdy and compact enough for my space. Definitely worth the investment!

Okay for what you get, affordable, BUT
I wanted to buy a walking pad that was small enough to fit in my walkway/hallway, that’s moveable, and that the handle bars can go down easily. The description measurements are accurate and I was able to fit it in my hallway. It’s not noisy, as I live on a second floor apartment, but I still have it on a carpet. The flaw of this is that the stock images used in this is very misleading. The handlebars are not as tall as you think, in fact, it’s a bit low.. you have to look at the reviews to see how tall you are on the actual machine. I’m 5’3 and the hand bars come just at my waistThe handle bars, first off, DO NOT come down. You have to essentially screw off bolts on both sides to take out the handle bars. No where in the description does it say that. Only that its able to be taken down for easy movement. That alone, I wouldn’t have bought this. I was messaging customer service who then connected me with the seller. The seller even told me that that is the number one complaint they get on this product and that they’re working on it. Then why do you NOT put it in the description??? Since they didn’t want to refund me at least partially, I talked back to customer service of amazon. They were able to give me a 20$ credit, which is whatever, it’s SOMETHING. otherwise I wouldn’t have bought this product had I known you had to unbolt the handles off.The pros is that it’s very light and has two wheels on the front to move around from the back. It came within a week and half of ordering with no issues. Came with a little bottle lubricant for the underside of where you step and the tools to use to put together. My husband put it together it took him 30 minutes. Wasn’t too bad.Comparing the size, quality, and cost, for what you get it isn’t bad for the price, but they definitely need to fix their description and use nonstock images for this product or at least put a disclaimer on the photo that it’s not as tall as the woman jogging on it.I haven’t tried jogging on it as I’m scared of actually messing it up, so I only power walk/ walk on it. Wouldn’t get it for running. If you don’t want to spend over $100 for a walking pad and don’t mind how low it is and the size, go for it. It honestly has a table area to put your drink or phone on it that’s bigger / wider than some of the other ones here on Amazon so I do appreciate that.

1 person job took 3 people to do
– Only marked for 2 stars AFTER assembly. Would give 0 stars for the assembly itself! I would have returned this if the return window wasn’t so small. It took a great deal of work and 3 people to get it together. NOT COOL!I tried to assemble it. The instruction book had to be photographed just to be magnified to read it. After that I managed to get the bottom screws and bolts in (one took a SIGNIFICANT amount of force to get in) then the top part needed to be done. The top wouldn’t line up and the wire kept getting in the way. Another person tried to assemble it, it wouldn’t line up and the wire kept getting in the way. So the wire was moved around for a while just to find a good enough place for it. (There’s no holders or even a spot cut out in the bar for the wire… so the wire is pancaked in between the bars and loosely hangs where its not pancaked)After that was settled 1 person pushed and pulled at the bars that were not straight (as they should have been) to line it up while another tried to put the screws in…it didn’t work, so he grabbed a hammer to to make further adjustments to line it up…then the other person pushed and pulled at it while he gave it another try….he had difficulty seeing the black screws against the black treadmill and still could not get them in… so another person had to be called in to hold up a flashlight. Finally after a LOT of force we got it aligned long enough to get it together. After getting it together I tried to fold it.It DOES NOT FOLD fully assembled. The screws and bolts have to be taken back out to “fold” it. If you only take the bottom screws and bolts out, the top will sit on the treadmill instead of folding down like it shows in the picture. I’m not even going to attempt to take anything off the top to try to make it fold flat after what it took to get together. Finally I tried it out. The speed adjustment has good options, and I’m glad my size 11 feet can walk decently on it.That being said, your strides have to be small or you will catch the plastic at the end of the treadmill and it is NOT NICE… my shoes have some very obvious damaged from hitting the plastic twice. I’m just glad I had shoes on. After that I won’t be attempting it without shoes!Oh and the cord is so short it keeps you right next to the wall. You can’t even choose what side you want next to the wall because the cord is so short. The bars also wobble.I hate giving bad reviews but this treadmill has been one headache after another.

Trips my breaker and fried wiring
At first the walking pad was great but I can’t plug it in without tripping the breaker. First use I could plug it in and walk abt 10 minutes till I was jolted and nearly falling off from the stop as it’d trip the breaker, I’d reset the breaker, only for it to trip again 4 minutes later. Now I can’t use any outlet without it beeping at me with an EO7 error and it doesn’t work anymore. Faulty wiring maybe? Returning
