Immunity Boost
I start taking this the second I think I could be getting a cold. I mix it in a cold bottle of water along with a scoop of lemonade and a small scoop of elderberry tea. The combo of the three together is good! It’s not the most delicious on its own. You will taste turmeric and it’s a bit spicy. I drink one big water bottle if the lemonade along with a small lemonade size scoop of elderberry tea every day. I have not caught any of my kids colds in a long time!!

Very spicy
I can’t speak to the health benefits because I just got it in the mail today. However, I do have a friend who has rheumatoid arthritis, and he has been drinking it for quite some time and swears by the benefits.My husband and I love spicy/hot food. That being said, this tea is very spicy. I mixed it in 8 ounces of hot water and the cayenne and black pepper are very evident. If you cannot handle spicy heat, do not purchase this.

Taste similar to beets or some may say it tastes like dirt. Because the flavor was so bad, i tossed it. Unable to return it. Immunity effectiveness? No idea, cant tolerate the flavor. Worse than bitter medicine.
