Good for dancers
My daughter is an Irish dancer and got these to practice keeping her legs straight. After using for a month we can see a difference. They are sturdy and decent quality. Would give 5 stars but our friends have some that are more comfortable.

Helpful for Pelvic Tilt and Everyday Use
I bought this Gaiam yoga block to help with correcting my pelvic tilt, and it’s honestly been super useful. I keep one at my study desk and place it between my knees while I’m sitting for long periods. This small habit has really helped me start addressing my right-left imbalance. I’ve been very right-side dominant for years, and my left side has been weaker, which contributed to my pelvic tilt. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely noticing improvements.The block itself is lightweight but firm, and it holds up well even with daily use. I also use it during yoga, especially for pigeon pose, where it gives just the right support. I don’t use the strap much since I already had one, but it’s a nice bonus to have if you need it.If you’re working on posture or alignment issues like I am, or just want a reliable block for stretching or yoga, this one does the job well. Good comfy product, good quality and aesthetic color
First yoga blocks I buy for home. Excellent texture and quality, they are really comfortable for support. The grey color is very aesthetic, I think the shade will be great for hiding any stains or dirt over time. They look expensive and I love that. I tried scratching them with my nails and the marks completely disappeared after a few minutes. The engraved logo is a nice plus. I love that they’re a bit taller than average blocks. The grip is good.
