Fantastic Product
This stuff is fantastic, it has kept my appetite suppressed and with very little side effects. The only side effects I’m experiencing after a week of taking them is some flatulence and a little diarrhea, but not severe. I would highly suggest this if your trying to lose weight and clean out your gut.

This product is very easy to swallow. I’ve been taking it a couple week and have noticed a decrease in cravings. No big results yet but I update when I’ve finished my first bottle. Will definitely try again. Price is affordable.

So long food noise
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought this – I wasn’t looking for something that would provide major weight loss, I just have a pesky 10 lbs and a terrible sweet tooth. I take it each morning and it really does help with the food noise and cravings. It doesn’t make me feel jittery but when I first started taking it, I did feel a touch nauseous but that went away and after using it for a few weeks, it has helped me make better food choices and for that reason, I feel like it’s helping me lose a little weight simply because my eating choices have been healthier and I’m more satisfied after eating. I’ll be ordering again.
