Nicely sized, absorbent, and not stinky; a perfect gym option.
My husband recently retired and has taken up working out in earnest in his free time. Don’t get me wrong, that is fantastic, and I am proud of him for taking the initiative, but he does sweat quite a bit when he uses the treadmill and the weight machine. He has been defaulting to using some of our nice bathroom hand towels to wipe down his head/brow and the machines of the mid-workout sweat, and I was less thrilled with that than with the working out idea. So I set out to find some towels he could use instead and came across these. I like that they come in a set of two, so he can have a spare when the other is in the wash. They are also VERY absorbent and seem to absorb odors well. They are not stinky when they hit the wash, and they don’t make the rest of the laundry smell either. They are a great size to be able to have one hung over the handles of the treadmill or easily at hand by the weights in order to wipe down the man and the machine. They seem to be made with high-quality materials and look like they will last a long time. My husband works out at home, but if you go to the gym and it unsettles you to use towels that someone else was sweating on, the light-weight and smaller nature of these would make them a great option to bring with you so you can always use your own towel. Overall, they tick all of the boxes in terms of what we were looking for. Now he has something to control the sweat and grime during his workouts, and our nice bathroom hand towels don’t have to pay the price. At this price point, and given that two come in the pack, I would highly recommend.

Setting the standard for gym towels
My two favorite features of these towels are the size dimensions and the texture. Coming in a close third is the thoughtful hook.First, the size. Most “gym” towels I see marketed are simply microfiber towels sized like hand towels. These, on the other hand, are longer relative to the width, making them much more functional for workouts. They’re easy to wrap around your neck or sling over the handle of a machine. And I discovered while doing PT for an ankle sprain, they serve perfect double duty to use for stretching your calves.On to the texture. My main issue with most microfiber towels is tactile. There seem to be two primary varieties–the thin “no pile” variety, which have a nice feel but also don’t seem very towel-like and don’t seem to work as well to soak up sweat. The other variety mimics a terry cloth towel, but I’ve always found something about the texture of these to feel somehow artificial and slightly scratchy. The Guirnd Microfiber towels fall into the “mimicking terry cloth” variety, however they do a better job and lack that artificial texture.Okay, the hook. There’s not much to say about this, other than I appreciate the thoughtfulness of including one, making it easier to hang your towel when needed. It could be slightly larger, but it’s functional.And I didn’t mention the look of the towel earlier but I should. The color is nice and the trim around the edges gives it an elevated touch.All in all, these are really nice gym towels, and probably my new go to.

Gym Towel Perfection – I’m Officially Converted!
Ever since someone gifted me a microfiber workout towel, I refuse to go back to cotton. These towels are soft, lightweight, and wick sweat like absolute champs — without that heavy, soggy terrycloth feeling. This set is an incredible value… I’ve paid more than this for a single towel, so getting two is a win right out of the gate.The size is generous (not a sad little face towel), and I love the built-in hanging loop — such a small detail, but it makes a big difference when draping it over equipment or hanging it to dry. I used one in spin class this morning, and it delivered exactly what you want from a technical fabric towel: absorbs sweat quickly, stays comfortable, and never feels gross or damp.Even better? I washed and dried it right after class and it came out looking and feeling brand new — no weird texture, no curling edges, no drama. The reinforced seams feel durable, and the microfiber resists odors far better than traditional towels.This is an easy 5-star must-have for anyone who works out and wants a towel that performs as hard as they do. Practical, well-made, and stylish enough to gift — which I absolutely will. My gym crew is about to get spoiled.

Super absorbent, quick drying, classed-up gym towel
I’m not super picky about gym towels, but these are good ones. Both soft and absorbent, they do a great job. The size is just right – bigger than a washcloth, but not too big.I like the piping around the edge aesthetically.I feel like the image with the towel around the lady’s neck makes it look bigger. Make she’s very small.It does seem to dry quickly when hung up post work out and went a few days before washing and didn’t stink. So that’s a plus.All in all, if you want to trade up for the decade old washcloth or hand towel you are currently using, don’t hesitate to choose these.I like the pink/red color bc it stands out.

The best microfiber yoga towels
These are very much my favorite yoga towels. I go to hot yoga and regular yoga at least five times a week. Hot yoga is no joke when it comes to sweating and I definitely need a towel or two for every class. There are several reasons I prefer these particular towels. For one, the hanging loop in the middle is sturdy and easily accessible. I have had other towels with velcro loops, which I do not like. These towels have a solid loop at the midway point along the long edge of the towel, which makes it perfect for hanging. The stitching around the edge is very solid, so I don’t need to worry about fraying. Finally, the towels are very soft and incredibly absorbent. I love the size, which makes them large enough to hand over my shoulders and gives me plenty of spots to wipe my sweat. These towels wash really well and show no signs of wear or beading. Overall, really great yoga towels and I highly recommend.
