Big fan of Herbinger wrist wraps. its the perfect legth to wrap around your wrist for support but not too stiff that you feel you are in a cast. I have been using these since I use to lift heavy. It helped me lift heavier but still use them now to help with my form. Designed with an elastic finger loop to help me put them on. I dont keep that around my thumb because it bothers me but its all preference. I just use it to help me keep the wrap in place as I secure it. They were on sale during prime day and I didn't have the US Flag design yet, so I snagged them up.

I have been using these wrist supports for about one year for workouts. Initially I started using them to help stabilize my wrists as I began to increase my free weights. With their assistance, and that of my gloves, I was able to increase my weights, perform more reps, and workout longer without worrying if I would drop a weight and perhaps injure myself or my hands becoming to tired to continue. Each band is thick and substantial with an elastic loop that fits smoothly over the thumb without rubbing or chafing. I can wind them loosely or tightly around my wrists for as much pressure/support as I want or need with no discomfort or abrasiveness from the edges of the band. The elastic is still going strong without stretching or becoming distorted. The velcro is quite robust, holds very well, and does not work itself loose as the workout progresses.
Over the past year, symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and intensification of some arthritis in both wrists and hands have added another level of difficulty and challenge to working out. These wrists supports have been not only helpful but also have become a mandatory part of my gear. With them I am able to do high intensity workout classes as well as strength training with less pain, improved function, and a greater sense of freedom. Now I do not attempt any kind of weight training without wearing them. Actually, sometimes during my regular daily activities if my wrists become particularly painful, I will put them on as they seem to offer added support, facilitate easier movement, and help me complete tasks a bit more easily. No matter how or when I use them, I have a greater sense of confidence and tenacity in the movement of my hands and wrists. At this point in my physical fitness journey, these wrists supports are a welcomed necessity and not a hindrance in any way.

Happy with the purchase. Use them everytime I lift heavy. Provides that perfect wrist stability and comfortable to wear. Plus it’s Stars and Stripes good combo.

My go to wraps. They last awhile but eventually wear out…as expected. So I continue to purchase more from same company.

These wristband are perfect for when I workout or have heavy lifting. My wrists feel strong and secure. They adjust easily and altho no padding, they are firm and comfortable.

I have been using these for about a year when lifting heavy on bench. They have held up well and provided wrist support.
