Have been using for couple years now. Helps with sore muscles, nerve pain.Sometimes works instantaneously! Put it on before bed , wake up pain free. Use it before walk on sore foot 5 mile walk . Very effective. Have my husband now using itGreat Product!

This actually does help you.. I’ve tried many different rubs for sore joints and this one works .
This cream really helps a lot .If you put it on your sore spot remember to put it on the bottoms of your feet and put socks on. It really helps a lot. I thought my friend was silly about that, but it really does work and the soreness goes away. If I could afford it, I would buy three bottles so I could have a massage with this. It is that good. It has emu oil in it this helps to absorb quickly..That helps your muscles as well it also cuts the ache.

works good. I put it on prior to getting on my treadmill, or when i have minor aches and pains prior to bed time. I also take oral Glucosamine. Combined with the oral supplement, this stuff prevents pain post workout for sure. It isn’t too oily. Similar to any other skin lotion. The smell is typical to other hemp creams, no more, no less. I’ve been trying different brands, although i can see myself buying this one again.

I was not expecting this to work, but it really relieved my hip pain. The smell is mild. The cream was very smooth so you don’t need to use a ton.
