This good quality stuff for the money. It’s durable and all the right size. It has foam for comfort and to make it easy to hold. Works well with my expensive app that wanted me to buy a set for over $100!!!! Also LOVE THE BOOTIES!!

Portable ease for traveling
Good quality with a nice storage bag. Makes it easy to take on the go. The ring seems like it will hold up but may snap or bend if forced too hard, but offers a nice resistance.

It’s ok
I wanted the hoop thing but to be honest it feels a lil cheap even for the price. I gave it three stars because it does do the job as described however I’m not sure if it will hold up more than a month or two. Most of the items you receive are unnecessary I like the bands and the hoop and 1 or two things but the rest I through away. Ignore the bite marks my dog was chewing on it but honestly it was flimsy before he got ahold of it. Also the bands are not thick at all I’ve had stretch bands in the past and the good ones are thick
