Good option for green tea lovers
I’m a lifelong green tea supporter. I’ve taken other extract pills and this one is a good option. The package was sealed and these pills actually give me energy without making me jittery, which is what you want in any sort of extract pill. They don’t upset my stomach

Unexpected weight loss! Yay!
I started taking these November 11th. 3 capsules in the morning. I immediately noticed an increase in energy and diminished cravings for junk foods, but I didn’t go to any great lengths to change my diet/exercise routine. Here I am December 1st and realized I am so much less bloated. Hopped on the scale and I am down 5 lbs! I am a 47-year old peri menopausal woman, dropping weight hasn’t ever been this easy! I am a customer for life now. These are miraculous!

Great zinc ionophore!
It’s difficult to rate a supplement because it can take months to see any discernible difference. This is a great zinc ionophore. These were a reasonable price and I’ve always trusted the brand. What’s not to like?!?
