Most pleasant protein powder I’ve ever used
INSTRUCTIONS: Add 1/2 cup of liquid (water or juice) with 1 scoop of protein powder to a blender and mix thoroughly. Pour the froth into a container and let it sit for 1 hour or overnight to allow it to settle. Refrigerate for up to four days.I’ve used a lot of different protein powders over the years, but I often come back to this one. The short ingredient list, nice flavors, non-frothy texture, small amount of liquid needed to blend, and ability to mix it easily into other things (like veggie smoothies) makes it incredibly useful and versatile.The biggest problem with this powder is that the instructions are misleading. This doesn’t blend well in a shaker cup (most of it will gunk up in the cap and stick to the ball) and it takes way more than a few minutes to settle. You need a real blender and some planning/patience. If you try to make it according to the container’s instructions, you’re gonna have a bad time. But if you make it ahead of time, you’ll probably love it. I can’t believe I can make four days worth of shakes and let them sit in the fridge without them separating or turning into sludge like other shakes do after only a couple of hours. So while it’s not convenient in the grab a scoop and go sense, having it premade in the fridge to grab on your way out the door is even more convenient.My mother was told by her doctor that she needed more protein and she’s been struggling to get enough. She’s a petite woman who doesn’t eat much and she said the frothy traditional shakes are disgusting to her. So I introduced her to this clear protein (with a tiny splash of fruit juice) with accurate instructions, and she’s crazy about it! She’s so happy to have something that tastes good and grants her 20-30g protein in just a few sips. I’m really relieved that she’s getting the nutrition she needs now without too much hassle or dread.

Best dissolving powder I have used and helps meet water goal
I looooove this powder!!! I am dairy sensitive and wanted a powder that dissolved better in water than most other protein powders because they almost always turn out clumpy despite how adamantly they claim it doesn’t. I personally like to mix this up in a shaker bottle after a workout then pop the lid and let it settle for a couple minutes as it does become quite foamy from shaking. So easy. I like how I am not only getting protein but also more water to help meet both my protein and water goals for the day while not adding unnecessary carbs. It is gentle on my stomach and tastes amazing! It isn’t too sweet, and you can make the flavor more pronounced by using less water of course, but I like to use 16-20 oz of water. It is great quality though fairly pricey at almost $1.60 per serving, but I have purchased this twice, both times on sale, and will buy a third when I finish the current container or when there’s another sale.

Not bad, not great
Ordered for 1st time. In reading past reviews I opted to mix in my Ninja blender. Blended perfectly with no clumps. Was cloudy so let ot sit in the fridge a bit then the freezer to let it chill faster. Very clear and no lumps. Taste ok but odd after taste. Next batxh I will mix in a little juice. Overall I like this product. 4 stars just for the after taste but I’ll definitely order this again. I got the Citrus Lemonade and will stick with this flavor.

I’ve tried several other clear protein options because this is my preferred way to get protein in after a workout, and this one stands out above the rest.It mixes extremely well with water and stays completely smooth—no clumps or gritty texture, which I’ve experienced with other clear proteins. I have ordered this many times. I usually dilute it more than they suggest because it is a very strong flavor. Not a bad flavor at all, just strong. I do not know if I could mix with something, as I have not looked into it. It says it is protein, and I do drink it, but it does not fill me. It is just a good hydration. I have only tried the berry. I want to try to lemon but I am afraid it would be too acidic.

Used to love this but now the product has a very bitter aftertaste and its not pleasant at all. I know it has stevia but the bitterness is too much not like before. Wont be ordering again unfortunately.

It foams a lot, so it’s better to prepare it and leave it in the fridge for when you want to drink it. It has a good protein to calories ratio and I totally recommend it.
