Great Quality, Light Weight, And Cool Looking!
I got this Jump Rope For Women because a jump rope is what my work out room was missing. I really like this jump rope! From style, to preference, it’s been a great option and a great addition to my home gym.The rope itself is light weight, and the way the handles are designed allows for speed and agility. The rope feels very durable and great quality. It’s extremely functional for cardio and getting your heart rate going!If you’re looking for a high quality jump rope at an affordable price, this would be a great option! I absolutely recommend!

I love that it’s lightweight and adjustable
I didn’t have a jump rope yet as part of my home gym, so being offered one for free through the Vine program felt like a good time to add one.At first the materials it’s made of feel like cheap plastic, but I have really come to appreciate how lightweight it is. The design is really genius too, being able to adjust the cord by just pulling it out of the handle, taking the two plastic bits apart and then sticking them back together at the point you want. You can cut off the excess as the instructions indicate if you want to make it permanently shorter, but there’s plenty of room inside the handle if you want to temporarily shorten it for a child to use, and just wind up the extra length inside the handle until you need to lengthen it again. I can use it for my own workouts, and then I can shorten it for my daughter to play with. Great double duty!I think I prefer the feel of an actual rope over the plastic tube of this one (call it nostalgia), but I can’t argue with the results.Also, I want to note that the box it came in mentions “sweat absorbing handles” but that’s clearly impossible since the handles are made of smooth plastic and won’t be absorbing any kind of liquids. But the Amazon listing doesn’t say anything about that, so I won’t hold it against them.

Extremely light moderately fast
This adjustable cardio jump rope is very thin and light. It is not really for beginners due to the rotation speed required and lack of feedback from the rope. For intermediate or advanced jumpers, this is a good rope to throw in your bag on travel: It takes almost no space and is feather light.The handles are fairly long with bulbous ends which makes for easy handling and grip. The handles are extremely light weight plastic compared to most, but they are functional and have a rotating (plastic) end cap to prevent twist.The rope is very thin poly ‘speed’ rope. The lack of weight makes for minimal feedback and limited speed but you can still get this rope going pretty fast. The quality of the rope is good. It is not as thick or dense as most PVC ropes which makes it challenging to keep an even pace by feel. Compared to other poly ropes of mid or heavy weight it is very thin, light and quiet. Beginners would be better off with beaded ropes or mid weight poly. For more advanced jumpers, this is a super light weight rope for practicing tricks and building coordination at speed. The color and graphics are cool too.This rope is good to have as an option for workout during travel and the price is fair.

Good quality, lightweight, fun color

I’m still trying to figure out the best length for me. It comes long. Rufus the doofus said it’s fine to use it as-is for my height, but considering it’s supposed to be for up to someone 6’6″ tall, I doubt it’s the right length for me, at 5’7″. I’m still experimenting, and haven’t trimmed it yet. It is very easy to resize. It comes in a small box, and is slightly kinked until the cable relaxes. It’s so lightweight, it’s a nice change from my old jump rope, which had heavy swivel handles. I need all the help I can get, since I’m pretty terrible at jumping rope. The quality of the materials make this a good value.

Easy to Adjust for Shorties
As someone who is 5’1” finding the right sized jump rope can be hard. My husband is nearly 6’ so I can’t use any of his and my kids’ jump ropes are too small for me. So just like Goldilocks I now have something that is just right.It’s very easy to unscrew the cap of the handle to adjust the rope length. You can permanently trim it or just fold the excess rope into the handle. The blue color is very vibrant and pretty. It’s a nice aesthetic and a good value for my home workout space.As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s incredibly lightweight, which I have come to like. It’s also easy to keep a grip on.
