Great for exercise
I used these blocks to help me open up my hips and be more flexible. The feel is perfect. There is no slipping. The support is great and comfortable when used in stretching or exercise. Very sturdy blocks.

Hands down the best and true high density yoga blocks, I bought a few others that claimed to be high density to compare, and none of those can compare to this set, even the name brand ones, this is no doubt the best quality blocks that are truly stable and firm while also soft to the touch, highly recommend

These are comfortable to use. They are a little thinner than most yoga blocks but I haven’t found that to be an issue. I like the dark blue color.
