Versatile and durable
Great quality, I love how durable these are! The stretch is pretty good but not to the point that it loses the needed tension for the exercise. I mainly used these at the gym to stretch before a workout and for exercises where it wasn’t all that safe to use dumbbells or ones that caused avoidable discomfort in my joints (like a lot of tricep exercises call for or high rep squats, etc). The other thing I liked was that these are portable so you can fit in a work out anywhere and because they have so many uses, you can do full body without constantly switching between equipment.

Durable and good quality bands
Excellent for stretches, warm-ups and quick sessions of exercise while watching TV lol. It’s durable material & good quality. Assist pull ups , shoulder, chest , legs, hamstrings stretches and warm ups handled pretty good.

Great bands for home workouts with just one small caveat
I’ve been using this resistance band set for several weeks now, and overall I’m very pleased with it. The bands are made of solid natural rubber, and the four color-coded resistance levels really let me scale up or down depending on the exercise. The included carrying bag is a nice bonus, and I appreciate that they’re versatile, whether for assisted pull-ups, mobility work, or just general workout sessions. The material seems fairly durable so far, and they haven’t slipped or skipped during use. I’m impressed. My only reservation is that one of the bands feels a little stiffer or less flexible than I expected (especially when using for stretched positions like glute work or high pulls). Because of that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. I expect they’ll loosen up over time.Bottom line: A solid buy for the price…would recommend for home-gym use, just know the highest band may feel firmer than standard at first.

Good product
Works as they should, not sure how you can mess these up. Good quality and stretch.

Great for at-home workouts
I do PVolve workouts and these were a much cheaper alternative to their branded bands.

Great product!
Bands are durable and easy to use. Love that there are different resistance options for both sets of bands. Each also come with their own carry bag which makes organization easy.

A cheap substitute for a quality band set.
I bought these thinking they’d be comparable to quality bands I’ve seen elsewhere. The lowest band is not all that more strong than an industrial rubber band, and the strongest one is in a class all by itself. I had intended to use it with a dip station but the instructions say to not attach the bands to anything (despite the ads showing it attached to smoething.). Nothing really wrong with it, just seems like a cheap alternative to a quality Gym band.
