Great moderate compression shirt!
Perfect balance of a fitted workout shirt & some compression. I was looking for tighter arms but honestly I’ll wear this a lot more due to comfort! It is fair to call it compression but my quest continues for finding a true tight shirt on line.

I do wish it was a little tighter but this is a great workout shirt. I love the thumb holes. There is these lines in the back but it’s no big deal. The neck does go up a bit higher than expected.

Excellent Compression and Ventilation
This Nylon top is fantastic for high-intensity training. The compression is just right—it provides great muscle support without feeling restrictive, which is crucial for my long runs. The material is incredibly lightweight and the ventilation zones (mesh panels or fabric structure) really make it highly breathable. Despite the slimming, skin-tight fit, I stayed cool and dry through a tough indoor cycling class. The long sleeves are great for outdoor sun protection or keeping warm during a cool-down. 10/10 performance wear. My only gripe is it does snag easily around velcro. Ordering a second one!
