Finally Sleeping Through the Night – Great Magnesium Supplement!
I’ve been taking one capsule each night for 5 days in a row, and I’ve slept through the entire night every time, which is a big improvement for me. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that this magnesium glycinate is gentle and doesn’t upset my stomach. So far, it’s been a great addition to my nighttime routine, and I’m very happy with the quality and results.

Excellent quality product
Works great! I’ve ordered this exact brand over and over again. It eases me to sleep. I know it’s not a placebo effect because the nights I take it I drift off while my muscle relax. I love this stuff. I generally sleep ok so I take it about 1-2 times a week. Only one 400mg capsule is highly effective. Highly recommend this product from this brand. I know it works.

I think these are definitely helping me relax before bed and fall asleep faster. Not sure they help in staying asleep though.

Excellent! Keeps muscle cramps away!
I had terrible leg cramps for a long while. I asked my Doctor what I could do and she said to try these and they actually worked! Not just a little.. but they actually got rid of all of my leg cramps..even the pinchy tweezy ones that kept me up at night. There are 3 different types of Magnesium and some can cause stomach issues and diarrhea. These are Not that type of Magnesium. I’ve had no bad side effects..only a great relief from cramps! I’ve purchased these several times and one time I ran out and forgot about it until the muscle cramps started again. So I know they work and are a great help for these kinds of issues. Please always ask your Doctor or Pharmacist before taking these. I’m not a medical professional. I highly recommend these myself!

This Magnesium Glycinate 400mg has worked really well for me. I sleep better, feel less muscle tension, and appreciate that it’s gentle and vegan. The capsules are easy to take, and overall use it in my daily routing. I definitely recommend it.

Best Glycinate Forever
The Magnesium Glycinate from this laboratory is wonderful. I’ve also tried the citrate they produce, and it’s very good as well. I highly recommend this product. My daughter, husband, and I all use it at home. Don’t hesitate to buy it. Excellent value for the price. 10/10

Improved sleep, no gas
My anecdotal experience with Mag Glycinate is that it helps me feel better rested even when I objectively have been short on sleep. Due to my work, I frequently have shorter nights of sleep. MG helps me stay feeling sharp throughout the day, and feel rested enough to hit the gym after work as well. Additionally, in comparison to magnesium oxide, there is virtually no flatulence or stomach upset. Only thing is the capsules are a bit sticky when swallowed and sometimes get stuck if I don’t drink enough water
