I usually wait to write supplement reviews bc it really does take some time for supplements to adapt to your body, but this is pretty good stuff. I’ve only taken it twice and I can feel a difference in helping me relax before I lay down.It’s recommended to drink 1-2 hours before bed. Not on the label just in general if good sleep is what you’re looking forWho am I? A stressed out perimenopasual woman who’s knocking on 50’s door. I mentally take my work home with me (not on purpose), I’ve done all the things for good sleep hygiene but I still suffer.The taste is really good. I purposely picked this higher mg per the other brands. Also helps move things through the system if you know what I mean. My deep and rem sleep have been a little better since taking this for a couple nights.
