I love this vitamin and the fact that it is made with real organic fruits and veggies as I make that a priority and everything that I put into my body. Only having to take one tablet a day cut back on all of the other supplements that I take every day. I have noticed better energy and healthy hair and skin, Thanks to the B12 iron and biotin in this. Organic Daily Vitamin
These women’s vitamins are made with organic whole foods, you can’t beat that in terms of ingredients! My primary recommended that I start taking a daily vitamin and this one checked all my boxes: organic, only have to take 1x daily, high B12 and biotin and moderate magnesium! At first i was intimidated by the size as one tablet is like the top section of my pinkie finger but honestly they are easy to take; they are slippery almost so as long as I have a cup of water I dont have any issue. The flavor isn’t fantastic (its an acquired taste kinda like Matcha) but its a supplement so flavor isn’t on my priority list. I had no problems digesting the tablets nor any nausea or etc. These are now a part of my daily routine, although I wish they were more affordable but healthier things are often pricey so it’s expected with a product of this quality.
