Effective at first but not anymore
I will say that this product was helpful the first 2-3 months I used it. It helped relieve muscle soreness when I used it before bed, however I don’t think I need the additional supplement and have not noticed the effect in my second purchase of the same product. The capsules are relatively large and have an odd taste and after taste to them. I find it helpful to drink juice after use.

i rate as one start because their is no effect on my health issue unlike to the other product I’ve brought 30munites after i drink i feel sleepy and i feel relax but this no reaction at all. this rate is only for my own experience.
