Fantastic stress reduction and strength booster. Great product!
This stuff is amazing. I normally am not one to comment on a supplement but this has helped me so much mentally and stress wise that’s I want others to know the benefits. #1. I would split the dose for one in the morning and one before bed otherwise you will be sooo calm that it borders on mild inebriation. It will help with sleep and keep your stress down during the day. #2. You have to keep up with your intake. If you come off of it abruptly, it can be quite stressful at least in my experience. #3. Muscle gain benefits and weight regulation have been very beneficial for people who work shift work or high stress jobs. Thank you for making a great product, love you guys!

Great adaptogen
I was asked by Amazon how easy this is to swallow. With this brand so far, everything is easy to swallow.Recently found out, only take Ashwagandha for 90 days max consecutively then take a 30 day break. Being on this consecutively long-term can cause hbp and other heath concerns without a 30 day reset. It’s a great and necessary product though and helps control cortisol, the stress hormone.

I think this is working
I started taking these to help reduce stress and anxiety. I think it was working because when I ran out before I ordered more I found my anxiety rising. It’s hard to know for sure.. but it appears it was doing the job!
