I’ve been using this collagen powder consistently. I like that it’s hydrolyzed and includes several collagen types plus biotin.The texture is fine, and it works well in warm drinks. Great product and so easy to take!
Been taking this for a few years and have great benefits from taking the 2 scoops in my coffee every morning. It is tasteless so no worries. After losing some hair, eyelashes and eyebrows due to many MR they have all grown back! My skin looks great at 68 years old, my bones are strong and I have plenty of energy!

Fabulous and Effective at a Reasonable Price
I was previously a consumer of the Anc. Nutrition brand, but I take so many supplements it has become death by a 1,000 cuts. This is so much more reasonable with as good, if not better, quality and collagen amounts. I just went through my first bag and re-ordered because it was excellent. Where do I see the difference? Less hair shedding in the shower. I used to have a significant amount of hair coming out in the shower. Let’s say 50-100. Now I have maybe a couple. Joints: I work out. I do weights, calisthentics, walking. I have chondromalaysia in both knees and have delayed orthroscopic knee surgery because of the controversy of it actually working. It’s really just a pre-cursor to knee replacement surgery. I had a significant amount of pain when running. I have zero at this point. Granted I do also take Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength. However, when I was just taking that I did have some degree of pain and clicking in my knees. This collagen does something miraculous to keep that at bay. Next, facial skin: My skin has become far more clear and glowy. I don’t really notice on my body because I don’t pay that much attention to it. I’m 58, so I do have some crepey skink going on around my knees and inside of upper arms, but I think it is less than it used to be. I can’t be 100% on that though. I do know Hyaluronic Acid greatly contributes to joint lubrication and Biotin to the hair, so it’s not just the collagen that’s doing all of this.I mix 2 scoops with my morning Nespresso using a battery operated blender. It mixes perfectly. I’ve never had any clumping. I have not used it in any other way, so I cannot speak to room temp or cold mixing. I will absolutely continue with this brand of Collagen.
