If you want to get pregnant this is the product for you. I’ve been hearing some good things about this but I was skeptical. I started using it on November and now I have 5 weeks pregnant. Highly recommended. Good quality. Easy to swallow. Very effective and worth every dollar.

A million stars!
If I could give this a million stars, I 100% would! I’ve wanted these for years but never tried them until a couple months ago. Let me tell you…! I have pcos and these little supplements have changed my life. The first day on them, I could tell my hormones were being balanced. I was less angry or irritable. More happy. I also noticed much less hunger. Normally I’d wake up starving but on them, I can go the whole day with 1 meal if I wanted. I know my stomach is shrinking because of them. I’ve lost 20lbs in 1.5 months. Also, it started my period on the 1st week! (I have horribly irregular periods!) This is my 2nd month on them and my period is due in 4 days, im already feeling symptoms of it coming! We actually got these in an effort to ttc and help me ovulate! They are decent size pills but I can get them down fairly easy. There is no taste or smell to them which makes it easier! Whoever made these, I hope both sides of your pillow is always cold 🙏🏼

Not a doctor but great results 👍
I will preface this by saying I am not a doctor nor am I one of those holistically healing everything with nature energy and sound baths types of people. So what lead me here was some light online research and some recently published books on reproductive health of women. I could not get an appointment with my primary care physician because they’re semi retiring and my health insurance automatically reassigned me to a doctor that has absolutely no manners let alone bedside manners. He thinks he has a crystal ball and can predict every symptom without even asking and dont you dare tell him he’s wrong…. So self diagnosed with symptoms of perimenopause and already diagnosed officially with PCOS so not the bestest of combos. I had seen a sudden and extreme change in my periods. I had been heavily bleeding for nearly 3 months when I turned to this medication to see if it would help symptoms while I waited for my appointment. And I cautiously started at 2 pills a day for the first week and immediately saw results! My bleeding was slowing significantly, just a bit of spotting. The following week I felt comfortable enough to use the full dosage 4 pills a day. And lo’ and behold! My period has stopped along with my usual severe period cramping and acne breakout symptoms. I did have to add an iron supplement because of the blood loss to recover but my energy is improving and most of my symptoms are completely gone. This worked for me so that’s a relief. Totally will continue this regimen and let my new, new doctor know.

These helped get my flow under control. I was having symptoms associated with PCOS, IYKYK, and this did exactly what I was hoping. It decreased the time frame of my cycle which and helped regulate it. However, I stopped taking these to try Berberine which has also been super helpful.

The serving size is very small, taken daily the container lasts about 4 weeks for me. I can tell a big difference when I don’t take this supplement as I will feel the crash after eating carbs or sweets on days that I don’t have it. It is truly tasteless and odorless and mixes easily with water. I use this product for insulin resistance related to PCOS. Highly recommend .

Real review no paid advertising!!!!!So I wanted to wait to post a review to see how I felt. I had a lot of inflammation in my body and felt sore 24/7. After a week of taking these I literally felt the inflammation leave my body! I also noticed my dark circles under my eyes have significantly decreased! My mood is better sugar cravings are down as well as late night snacking! The main thing I’m really happy about is the feeling of being sore is down. Please eat a FULL MEAL before taking
This product is very helpful however, you need to eat a full meal, not a snack, but a full meal before taking. I know with most supplements/medicines it’s recommended to take them with food but sometimes you’re able to take a supplement and be fine if you eat something light. That is not at all the case with inositol period. Not just this specific brand. This is my first time taking any type of inositol and my stomach was upset every time I didn’t eat something heavy enough to keep the inositol from upsetting my stomach. I would also recommend that first timers slowly introduce this and not take the full dosage until after a few days in when your body has become more use to the supplement.
