    Great hydration pack for women
I love this hydration pack! I’ve got a pretty small body frame so the adjustable straps were really nice in finding a positioning fit that works with my arm stride. It took me a few adjustments tonget it right because I’m really particular about not having my arms come in contact at all with the front pouches, especially when it’s my long run days. The pack itself snugs nicely in the upper part of my back so it hasn’t thrown off my running form at all. I definitely have some sweat buildup on my back, and I would imagine this isn’t fully preventable when wearing any sort of hydration pack, but the material is pretty breathable and it isn’t distracting. The front chest strap is not only adjustable width-wise but it can slide up or down so you can position it around your breasts.Since getting this pack, I’ve put in about 50 miles total while wearing this and haven’t had any chafing problems. The straps don’t shift with the weight of the water pouch and there really isn’t any bouncing issues either. The front zip pouch is perfect for a couple of gels and there is a net pouch in front of that where I put my little stick of body glide (gotta love having big thighs.) The other bungee pouch on my right is where I typically put my phone (Samsung s7) and it never budges when the bungee is cinched down. The large compartment where the water pouch is doesn’t have much room for more than a full pouch, but if you’re not looking to fill it to capacity, then you can probably fit a post run t-shirt and hand towel in there, but I typically keep those items in my car or in my check bag for after racing anyways. The smaller zip pouch at the top is roomy enough for your wallet and has a clip for your keys, which I think is supposed to minimize bouncing but they’re going to jingle whether you clip them or not.I’ve really only used this for running and I think it’s fantastic. I would imagine if you are out on a long walk with your pup or a hike it would be suitable as well.

READ THE REVIEWS – proper fit is everything
I can’t tell you how much the reviews helped me with this product so I highly recommend that you read them too. I LOVE this vest – but I can understand if you couldn’t get the fit right why you would have a negative opinion! Read the instructions and these tips might help: 1. Loose ALL the straps. 2. Tighten the chest straps first (as tight as they’ll go or what is comfortable for your chest). 3. begin to slowly tighten each side strap alternating back and forth until the pack sits flush with your back. 4. Fill the bladder with water and then loosen the side straps first to re-fit the pack and finally loosen the chest straps last to re-fit. This pack stays in place, is super light, doesn’t rub/cause friction on me anywhere. I can fit plenty of water in the main compartment with the bladder full (the bladder is also high quality) and extra fuel/shots/energy bars in the little compartment on the back. The cell phone pocket on the front does not actually fit my iPhone 8plus, so I mostly use it for keys, extra goo/energy shots, doggie doo bags when the pups are in tow. My phone does fit perfectly in the extra weather bottle pull tie pocket, and I have a pop socket wallet (amazing – look it up) on my phone that the zip fits right against so it really keeps my phone secure. You could always just throw your phone in the back compartment, but I like having it easily accessible. I also wear this pack when mountain biking and it does a GREAT job – can fit extra tubes, bit and bobbles. The longest I’ve worn this pack is 10 hours with no issues. The only issue I do have it that the plastic clasp in the front to hold the nozzle from the bladder is loose when squeezing the tube, but holds well when squeezing the hard plastic part of the nozzle. Otherwise, it’s great!

    Lightweight, no bouncing hydration vest
I have only utilized it once but it worked well. The fit was good for my 5’ 4” frame and by taking the air out, prevented the bladder from bouncing or jiggling. Easy to take apart to clean. Would prefer the front pocket to be a little larger for my phone but it sufficed. Overall, great vest for an even better price.

    Great little hydration pack!
It’s perfect for shorter runs — about 8 miles and under. Very comfy to run with. Great big bladder is a plus. Lack of storage is the only thing missing. It has lots in the back, but it’s not accessible when running. I wouldn’t take it in the back country — just not enough space for an all-day journey.

    Exactly what I needed
The pack fits nicely and there was little to no bounce. Storage options were good too. Fit well (I have a 42R chest). One thing to remember is that if you are running for speed, 2L of water can feel like a decent amount of weight when you start. I need it and run longer and at a more relaxed pace (ie not racing) so I found it very comfortable and more than enough water to get through the initial run of 9 miles. Looking forward to using it for more long runs.

    Perfect!
Fits great! I was afraid this wouldn’t fit properly or comfortably over my chest, but it is so fully adjustable that I had no problem getting it to fit perfectly. Out on the trail, it stayed put – no movement at all, which quite honestly surprised me (I’d never used one of these vests before). The front pockets held my phone on one side and a snack on the other. The bladder held plenty of water and there was enough room in the pack to carry a few extras. Overall I am super satisfied with this vest!

I really like this vest. It has lots of pockets and room for gels, keys, large phone etc. The bladder is great and easy to work. The only down side is that if you have your phone in the back pocket, you have to take the vest off to get to it. Sometimes I wear pocket tights so my phone is more easily accessible. It is a great fit and comfortable on. I have work this for half marathon distances or long trail runs etc and really enjoy wearing it. Also love the colour!

Best running purchase I have ever made. I spent months trying to decide on a pack when training for my first marathon and landed on this as a starter one. Used it for marathon training, many longs runs since and cycling. The hose will freeze up in winter though, haven’t figured a way around that yet. Very comfortable-no chafing, no sliding around, has more than enough storage for me. I use small pouches in the front for nutrition, kleenex but you could fit a small bottle in there as well if you want a hand held. Another pocket in the back for some more snacks, phone, keys. The bladder is easy to clean, no leakage. Definitely recommend!

Nichts auszusetzen, gute Passform, geringes Gewicht. Trägt sich auch mit voller Trinkblase angenehm. Nichts scheuert oder drückt. Platz für Kleinigkeiten, Handy lässt sich griffbereit in der Trägertasche verstauen
