Great multivitamins for women, also who have accid reflux.
Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

Great multivitamin with excellent absorption
Huge fan of these multivitamins. There’s nothing like New Chapter’s fermentation techniques for better absorption. I can even take them in the morning with tea and never get an upset stomach, which is a big win. I feel more energy when I take them and notice better digestion overall. It’s also a solid supplement to help support you if you’re dealing with anemia. Truly a reliable daily multi.

Best vitamins I’ve ever had!
Can actually feel these vitamins working! Compared to the many I’ve tried in the past, including Women’s One a Day. These are far superior! Had to get another bottle while they were in sale. I’ve always had GI issues and these have done wonders for my GI, more than anything else has. Beyond happy with these vitamins! Definitely worth the money.

Decent Multivitamin, But I’ve Had Better
I’ve been trying these multivitamins for about a week and a half now, and honestly, I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet. They feel pretty “meh” to me—steady, no major pros or cons so far.One slight change I might have noticed is my pores looking a bit smaller, but I’m not sure if that’s from the vitamins or just coincidence. I’ll keep taking them through the rest of the bottle to see if anything changes.On the plus side:• They don’t have a bad taste (I really don’t notice anything when swallowing)• The pills aren’t too big for me—though if they are for you, you could cut them in half.• They come in vegetarian capsules, which is a nice healthy option.Overall, though, I’ve tried other brands that seemed to work a little better for me personally. For now, I’d rate this at about 3.5 stars—just “okay.” Not great, not bad, just steady. I don’t think I’d repurchase unless I notice bigger results by the end of the month, in which case I might update this review.

The Best! Will not try another!
Hands down THE BEST!I have tried countless vitamins but I am picky! I love the 1 pill dose that gives the amount of vitamins and nutrients needed without feeling sick at my stomach. I search for high quality raw fermented food based vitamins for the best quality and these check all of my boxes. They are a tablet form to they do not stick together nor get stuck in my throat when swallowing them. I literally noticed a difference the very next day of taking them. I also love knowing that my body is actually absorbing the nutrients and not just passing through in my urine (that bright yellow color)…..there is none of that. I have more energy, I sleep better and just feel better overall when I take these vitamins. I know they are a little pricey but they are worth it, they last longer than 1 month and to me, you can not put a dollar sign on your health!

Calcium and K12 together
Probably not a lot people know about this brand but I would say how much this change my overall health spice I started to take them . First thing they have calcium and vitamins K12 they high work together for the absorption . A lot of woman multivitamins from other places don’t have this . My calcium was very low and when I checked the vitamins I used to take they did not have it . As a mom of 3 and nursing I need the calcium in my diet . I could not be more happier with this multivitamin I need them every month

Very effective and good value.
I have been shopping for a good vitamin for my wife for some time and I am happy to have found this one. I can evaluate the quality based on my education and experience but finding one that works for her is subjective. This product does the trick for her. It is effective and results in no stomach upset. The pill size is manageable unlike the “horse pills “ I take, according to her. They don’t leave a bad aftertaste either. The value for the price is also very good.
