First of all, I bought these thinking they’d be great for the gym. What I didn’t expect was the full-blown main character energy they would bring into my life.Day one: Put them on. Immediately felt like a D1 athlete despite only planning to speed-walk while scrolling TikTok.Day two: Woke up early. On purpose. Just to wear them.Day three: Googled “how to get sponsored by Nike.”Day four: Accidentally signed up for a Spartan race while under the influence of my new shoe confidence.These sneakers are not just footwear; they are a lifestyle transformation. I sized up half a size and fit was just right. They weren’t too narrow. I did end up sending them back as I purchased Metcon 8s. The reason I chose the 8s were they were stiffer on the bottom and I specifically wanted shoes for stability – squats/lunges/etc. The 4s are also very stable but less stiff on the bottom. They are actually more comfortable than the 8s and probably better for things like cross fit and mobility. There’s no way I could walk very far with the 8s but you probably could with the 4s. Although I would have liked to keep the 4s it was too expensive to keep both the 4s & 8s!

“I’m thrilled with my purchase! These shoes are absolutely adorable and exactly what I expected. They do run small—I’m usually a 7.5, so I ordered an 8, and it fits perfectly with a bit of extra room at the toes. I was a bit concerned about the delivery process, there was a delay at customs. I’m located outside of the USA and returns might be difficult. I’ll be ordering another pair.

La zapatilla viene pequeña he tenido que comprar medio número más e incluso número más no estaría mal. Después a la hora de ponerlas no abre lo suficiente para meter el pie, pues la lengüeta viene cosida al teñir totalmente y no deja abrir el tenis. No creo que valga para pies muy anchos. A mí particularmente me hizo daño en los tobillos.Le doy tres estrellas por la calidad de los materiales Nike, pero no las volverías a comprar.

My trainer recommended Metcons – I love animal print and found these by chance and thought I would give them a go. I’m glad I did – they are very comfortable, like wearing slippers but also very supportive at the same time. The colour way is unusual but I like them. They stand out and will work well for my weight training. Good price for this style
