I love this. I haven’t gotten to use it a full month yet but it’s not gritty, very smooth. I could probably have it by itself and with a liquid.

Don’t fall for the PCOS hype
I was really looking forward to trying this protein because I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and was looking for an alternative that wasn’t whey based. Overall, the consistency is really grainy and no matter how much I mix it, the powder does not fully dissolve leading to a huge amount settling on the bottom. Washing bottles after I finished is also a struggle because of the residual amount left. Taste isn’t too bad if you are used to pea based protein powders, but not amazing. Lastly, the packaging on the container was not straight resulting in me almost ripping it all off when trying to open the container when I received it. Fell for the hype prompted on social media and won’t be repurchasing unless a new formulation is produced in the future with better consistency.
