Faint Taste Easily Masked by a Bit of Other Flavor. Great Way to Get Protein & Nutrients In!
Only small demerit is that it isn’t totally & completely flavorless like a benefiber powder. The taste isn’t bad and is easily masked if you throw a few scoops in your favorite otherwise flavored drink or add some of your own flavor to it (Stur, LiquidIV, LMNT, etc.). Such an easy way to get a little bit more protein in especially when I’m not in the mood for a ‘typical’ protein shake flavor (i.e., chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.). Blends relatively quickly & easily in a regular bottle with a lid, but does settle on the bottom so remember to shake it up a bit before your next sip. Ultimately, a good product that is a great way of making sure you get some key nutrients while being flexible in how you get them!

Easy to take with anything
It’s really good source of protein. I take it with everything including coffee and milk and water. There’s no taste so easy to take. It’s a lot given so lasts very long. The texture is a little thick but still blendable.
