Buy a shoe size bigger
I have plantar fasciitis. I am a size 9 in women’s. When the box arrived I noticed it said size 39 . They fit perfectly but when I walk around with them they started to feel a bit tight . I thought maybe I need to break them in . Used them everyday for a week at work for about 7hrs . Gave them to my mom who is 8 1/2 shoe size. You have to buy a size up. Loved the color and style but will have to purchase another pair of the correct size for myself. Mom loves her new shoes lol . Perfect for plantar fasciitis, diabetic shoes. Everyday wear , for work , casual, workout shoes.

Very attractive but toe box a little small and the shoe is un stable for some of us.
These are very comfortable in both the arch and heel. They’re very attractive and comfortable except that they are too tight in the toe box which causes enough pain that I can’t bear to wear them. Also the memory foam makes them unstable and probably why my feet tire after a couple of hours. They’re very attractive so it’s hard to give a bad review but i feel like people need to be aware of potential problems they might have.

Wonderful after working all day constantly walking!
I wore these to work right after receiving them, and I felt like I was walking on clouds! I placed the free included inserts over the existing inserts with arch support. I wanted a softer cushion over the firm arch support.

The arch support was too much.
They didn’t meet my expectations. I could not get used to wearing them. I tried, I really did. They were just not comfortable.

Trade off, cushion or support but not both
Support or cushion with the insets but not both. It is not a comfortable shoe, I have only worn them 3 times as my feet hurt when I wear them. If you choose the cushioned insert there is no arch support, if you choose the arch support you have no cushioning in your steps. It is tru to size, lightweight, colorful but not worth the investment. I even tried my personal inserts from qualified professionals and it just doesn’t work.

So what if they are called Ortho…they work great
I am enjoying these shoes and wearing them frequently. I love the bright blue. However I dropped a star because there is already some wear on the tongue where it rubs the shoelace at top of foot, probably my foot shape. Although I know I bought a shoe for orthopedic reasons, I wish it didn’t say “Ortho” on the front edge in pink. Feels like it’s screaming, hi I am old even in hip blue and pink comfy shoes. Gonna hit that with a paint pen! Feel good on my feet all day and my feet and legs don’t hurt at night. Neither does my pocket book, great shoes for good price.
