We started with a foot sleeve to ease Plantar Fasciitis pain. With that success, we grew to include a complete line of compression bracing and sock solutions aimed at helping you live a pain-free life.
What makes our products unique?
Our patented Compression Zone Technology applies pressure to specific areas associated with pain from common conditions. Our products are soft, thin and flexible enough to wear comfortably throughout the day.
What problem are we solving?
Spend more time doing what you love without pain with our easy-to-wear, trusted science-driven designs.

We were founded in 2008 by Dave Higgins who grew us into a “Three-Generation” company with his son, Josh, as President, and grandson, DK, as Operations Manager.

Supportive & Comfortable – Great for Petite Women
I have mild tricompartmental osteoarthritis on my left knee and a miniscus tear + quadriceps tendonitis + joint effusion in my right knee (I know—yikes!). At just 98 lbs, it’s so hard to find knee braces that fit properly without sliding down. Thankfully, the small size in this brace fits really well. It’s snug just above and below my knees, helping keep my kneecaps stable. Although, the second set I ordered felt like it had been used, which I returned, I received a new replacement within days. For the cost, worth the money. It’s not a magic fix, but it does help, especially when I’m on my feet more or trying to stay active while avoiding further strain. I usually limit wear to 8 hours a day, but it’s so comfortable that I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it.If you have knee issues and a smaller build, this is a solid option worth trying. It offers reliable compression without being stiff or restrictive.lbs and the small fits well, it’s snug above my knees and right below it keeping the caps stable. Although not perfect, but it helps i try to keep it on for no more than 8 hours a day, but they’re so comfortable it’s easy to forget

Just ordered a 2nd one!
Purchased because I do need a total knee replacement, but cannot have it done at this time due to time off work.I have weakness, inconsistency in my step and pain along the lateral aspect of my knee as I struggle with all of these simultaneously, and daily.Pros:1. MUCH support! I wear this even at home because I never know when my next step will make my knee want to give way, and while it isn’t a replacement for a new knee, where the support is above and below the knee cap, makes a HUGE amt of difference!2. Above and below the kneecap, there is extra suport as noted in the slight variation in the fabric and also construction from the inside.3. Slides on easily.4. Washes well, I do it on gentle, cold, and hang to dry.Cons:1. I was worried as it seems flimsy and a bit tight to put on first time. Once I stood up though? WOW! I just ordered a 2nd one!2. I balked at the price at 1st, but now, for me, totally worth it.*I was wrapoing my knee with an Ace wrap and then putting a Velcro splint over it, but have switched to this.NOTE: this does not take away all thr pain or instability, but makes it managable.

Glad I sized up…fit is good!
By measurement I was at the upper end of Large, so I chose to go up to X-Large. Glad I did! It fits very snug and provides the support I need for the pulled ligament in my knee.Unlike what some others are saying, it stays put around my thigh. I’ve had no skin reactions from wearing it either. It does come lower on my calf than expected but not so tight it hurts.I had another sleeve that used thicker material but it was too restrictive. This sleeve is lighter without sacrificing support.

Stabilizes knee,but it isn’t comfortable.
I mean, it seems that like the elastic on it.Just behind the knee, really cuts into my leg.The rest of it feels very comfortable, but that wide band is not real comfortable.

Buying a second one
I am a petite woman, and size S fits me perfectly. It’s tight, but it’s a compression brace so it’s supposed to be tight. It’s got little rubber or silicone ‘grabber’ dots on the inside cuffs, which help it stay in place, very appreciated because often times things slide down my legs. ’m probably going to buy a second for when I need to wash this one.

Very hard to pull up on the knee
If you have big thighs and calves then you do not need to order these. I ordered their largest size and could not get them up on my knees. I measured my thigh and calves. The first did not fit so I ordered their second pair in the largest size. With the inside material to keep them from slipping prevents pulling them up.

Pros and Cons/Size Chart
I can walk a lot more with them on but there are two things I don’t like. One is that it bunches up where you bend your knee in the back. It is very uncomfortable and the first couple of days I wore it, the back of my right knee where one of the bands are was extremely sore (a type of muscle. I don’t what it’s called but it’s on the left of the back of my right knee). I don’t like that pressure there.Another thing I don’t like is that it puts a lot of pressure on the back of my calfs and if I move it up, it makes the bend at the back of my knees even worse.I doesn’t slide around at all. Stays in place extremely well. The ends of the sleeves roll over a little bit if I move my pants a lot but otherwise, they are stable.I originally bought the medium (I measured incorrectly) and it fit like a calf sleeve.. my fault. I then remeasured with an actual bendy measure tape and I was just on the end of large. Almost extra large but I thought I’d just go with that size because it’s what the chart said. This one fit on my knees but were so extremely tight. They were too small and my feet got numb (a usual thing for me but it was worse so I knew they were too small). I got the extra large, even though it was just above my size. This one fit very well. I was surprised because I thought it would be like the bears “this chair’s too big and this one’s too small”. The end of this story is that i stuck with the extra large because it fit fine. The point to this story which I think is VERY IMPORTANT. If your measurement is at the higher end of a size on the chart, I would highly suggest getting the next size up. It worked well for me.Also, even though the two pressure spots I have in the sleeves are uncomfortable a lot of the time, they still make my mobility a lot better so I can walk a little more and other pain that I have is minimized during the day (then I deal with it later). If anyone knows a fix to the pressure I feel, I would appreciate any answers 🙂

This is the best knee support I’ve tried.Due to scarring I can’t use ones that have the hole around the kneecap and this is the only one that almost completely removes the pain. Having the silicone grip at the top stops it from moving at all. It’s comfortable for all day and night use, although wearing it for more than a few days can cause your ankle to swell.

Blessure au genou, je suis très satisfaite . Pour la taille, j’ai pris la mesure et j’ai pris XL au lieu L, je le trouvais un peu serré.

The knee sleeve is good. Its lightweight and the silicon section at the top to an extent delays but does not totally stop the sleeve from moving down you thigh and knee.Is it superior to other knee sleeves I have used before, maybe a slight improvement. Was it worth the extra I paid compared to other knee supports, the jury is still out. Will have to see how it performs a bit longer.
