Perfect Hydration Vest for Runners!
The Osprey Dyna LT Women’s Running Hydration Vest is an absolute game-changer for my long runs! It fits like a glove, with adjustable straps that keep everything snug but comfortable, so I never feel restricted. The lightweight design makes it barely noticeable while running, yet it holds everything I need. The included Hydraulics Soft Flasks are fantastic—they’re easy to fill, and the bite valve makes drinking on the go super simple. I’ve never had any issues with leaks, and I can carry enough water for my runs without feeling weighed down. What really sets this vest apart is the thoughtful design. It has plenty of storage for essentials like gels, keys, and my phone, with easy access while on the move. The breathable fabric keeps me cool, even during hot summer runs.Overall, the Osprey Dyna LT is a must-have for any serious runner looking for hydration and comfort. I highly recommend it—it’s become an essential part of my gear!

Super happy!!
Love this!! Does not bounce too much, and not chaffing even when I only run in a sports bra. There are many pockets that allow me to carry snacks, keys, phone, and more. The hydration pouches are easily removed and cleaned! I got a medium but honestly could’ve sized down to a S. The size chart isn’t suuuuper accurate to chest size.

Works great
I was hesitant to purchase a running vest because I have broad shoulders and am busty. I didn’t like the running belt because it seemed to jiggle too much when I ran. I had resisted a running vest because I thought it wouldn’t work with my body type but decided to give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how great it is. It’s breathable and comfortable. It has extra pockets for things like keys or gum or if you like gels or supplements.I was very happy with the fit. I’m a 36DD and this is perfectly comfortable. It stays in place and doesn’t bounce or cause chafing.I did purchase larger bottles for my last 70.3 just for a bit extra hydration. They fit just fine.I was worried about an extra layer making me feel overheated but even though I live in a warm climate, it wasn’t an issue at all. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Comfortable quality
I love to run but get anxious in the heat without water. I don’t care for hand held water bottles. I saw this vest on someone I follow on social media and decided to give it a try. It fits well and doesn’t bounce around. The mesh is a bit scratchy but tolerable. The only thing I will do differently is get the bladder option instead of bottle option next time. I love all of the pockets for phone, chap stick, keys.

Rough material on back and neck area
At first I loved the vest it has a ton of pockets for my phone and other running thing I carry. Today was my first run in it during hot weather, The rough mesh on the back that rubs your neck and upper back. I only did 3 miles and by the first half mile of my run I was noticing it by mile 3 my skin was pretty irritated, I run in a tank top I will try other shirts or maybe mole skin since I am outside of the return window but I would suggest a softer type of mesh if you are going to be running in this. For the price and brand of the vest I think a nicer material would be expected.

Perfect lightweight running vest
Very lightweight. Comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for. It fits a small/medium sized water flask and a phone. I have an iPhone 12 max with a case. It’s a tight fit but it’s all the way in there. Not so sure about the back pocket but that’s not why I wanted it.

Great
I walk 5 miles or more and this is incredibly nice to have. It holds my electrolyte drink on one side and my iPhone pro max 14 in a case on the other side.I can wear this vest over a windbreaker. Or I can wear it under a down jacket if the temperature is severely cold.So far I’ve never used it with both bottles at once. My vest did come with 2 bottles included.I can also fit a larger bottle in the pocket instead of the small bottle which came with it.The vest is very well made and stylish. I love it.

Best vest
My absolute favorite running item! It’s comfortable and holds all my things!

Used this for my 1/2 marathon and it held a lot considering how slim fitting it is! Love the water bottles are gravity driven so you get every last drop and don’t need to squeeze the bottles. Only thing is I wish I got large instead of medium so it connects closer on my chest but either way still works having a medium. I’m 5’7 170lbs and have a 34 DD chest for reference.

Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Comes with 2x 360mL water bladders, but seems to be able to hold up to 4x 500mL water bladders, plus a couple energy gels and protein barsTook it out for an 8km trail run today and it held up great with minimal shiftingHolds enough water that it might last a half marathon if I manage to train up to that lengthNot as convenient as an H2Opack for very steep conditions (have to tilt head towards shoulder to drink lol), but a good companion for basic trail runs
