Like most others, I got this for the ring. It's awesome that the ring will disconnect so it's easier to store and transport. I works well and is effective as a pilates ring. What really surprised me was the bands. I didn't use these for pilates – instead I used them in the pool with my kids who are working on a few complicated swim strokes. We used the bands to help the body train for the breaststroke and it really did make you aware of your leg movements. We used another to keep the legs together for the butterfly stroke. All in all, I really love this set and it's functionality in more than one fitness space.

The Pilates ring and ball are sturdy, the resistance bands add great variety, and I love that it comes with a training poster and carrying bag. Lightweight, portable, and excellent quality. I wish this kit came with rubber straps not the smaller circle ones. The ring isn't very comfortable to workout with and the ball is inflatable but is hard to keep the air in. It's a cute color. The durability is pretty nice and it's cheaper for a reason.
The product is ok, fairly well built but the grips are massively uncomfortable. I may very well be incredibly weak but there is far too much resistance for anything other than my legs.
