I’ve been taking these for about 2-3 months and have definitely noticed a difference during my first cycle. I suffer from PDD and notice I’m not nearly as irritable and my mood is more stable. No hair growth changes but I also believe my issue with that is more genetic than hormonal. The smell is great and I love the extra effort into the sweet message on the bottles. I don’t feel I need naps and I’m someone who has always had extreme crashes during the day. I love that it’s not noticeable enough to recognize that it’s working until you realize that normally you would be more tired, stressed or anxious but you’re just not.
