Great little weights. Perfect for beginning shoulder surgery recovery. However, they are not 1 pound; they are 15.41 and 15.13 ounces, respectively. And yes, I regularly calibrate my digital scale.

Perfect in every way – Dark green 1 lb set
These weights were affordable, delivered promptly next day, and are a welcome addition to my fitness gear. They came well-packaged in a small cardboard box within a soft pack envelope, and are the perfect dark green to match my yoga mat and block. There are no imperfections in the neoprene outer, no odor upon unpackaging, my hands fit perfectly in the molded area, and they are just the right amount of weight to give me a little something to manouver without straining my neck or overdoing it with my Pilates and yoga weighted workouts. The texture is a non-slip and the hex sides mean the weights don’t roll when set down. The gorgeous dark green and petite size make me smile and that is a great way to workout. Highly recommend this product.

I recently purchased the Portzon 2 lb weights and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase. The weights are a good value for the price and they’re well-made, with a solid feel to them. They’re also very versatile – I’ve used them for a variety of exercises and they’ve worked well for all of them.One of the things I like most about the Portzon weights is their size and shape. They’re small enough to be easily held in the hand, but they’re also heavy enough to provide a decent challenge. The hexagonal shape also makes them easy to grip and prevents them from rolling around.I do have a couple of minor complaints about the weights, however. Firstly, the rubber coating is a bit thin and flimsy, and I’m not sure how long it will hold up to regular use. Secondly, the weights do have a slight odor to them, which is a bit off-putting. These are minor issues, however, and overall, I’m happy with my purchase.In summary, the Portzon 2 lb weights are a good value and well-made, with a solid feel and a convenient size and shape. They’re versatile and work well for a variety of exercises, although the rubber coating is a bit thin and they do have a slight odor. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase and would recommend these weights to others.
