Very comfortable and actually helps with daily posture
I’m honestly impressed with this posture corrector. It’s super comfortable once you adjust it correctly. The first time you put it on the straps look a little confusing, but after you figure out how they work, adjusting it becomes really easy.I wear mine every single day, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM until 6:30 PM. I work at a desk all day, and my back is usually the first thing to suffer, but with this on I’ve been able to manage that pain so much better. It definitely helps with posture, it won’t perform miracles if you’ve had bad posture for years, but it absolutely supports your back and keeps you aware of how you’re sitting.The material is great quality and very well made. It has internal support pieces (almost like small rods) that really do their job without feeling heavy or uncomfortable.The first day I used it, I tightened it way too much because I was excited. It felt amazing at first, but after a few hours I couldn’t breathe and by the end of the day my ribs were sore. That was 100% my fault, not the product’s. So my recommendation is: don’t over-tighten it use it the way it’s meant to be used.It doesn’t make you look slimmer and it’s not meant to “shape” your body, but as a support tool, it’s excellent. I wear it under my sweater every day and you can’t even tell I have it on unless you touch it.Overall, totally worth it and extremely helpful if you sit for long hours.

Posture corrector helpful
was honestly surprised by how comfortable this posture corrector is. It’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to adjust, so it doesn’t feel stiff or restrictive. After wearing it for a few days, I noticed I was naturally sitting up straighter even without it on. It’s great for working at a desk or using a phone too much. It doesn’t dig into your shoulders and can be worn under clothes without being obvious. Simple, effective, and actually helps build better posture habits

Very comfortable and breathable. Bought it for my mom, but I may have to just buy me one too. It helps with what I’m looking for and that is to improve posture and provide some back support. I do wish it came in different colors, or at least black.It is 4 starts for now since it’s early into using the product. Will update the review after a month or so worth of usage.

I’ve been using this product daily and can feel the difference. It provides great support, the material is breathable. It helps me with good posture throughout the day. Right know I work 8 hours sitting and its perfect. Velcro is great and effective and is true to size.

Surprisingly comfortable and easy to adjust — I am very petite and wasn’t sure I could tighten the shoulder straps enough, but they can attach anywhere on the torso/other straps. I mostly need thoracic support, if you primarily need lumbar support this might not be sturdy enough for you, but it’s great for posture, as promised.

Well made!!!
Fit very well, it is very nicely made and fits well under my shirts. It seems to work correcting my posture so far as long as it holds its shape and doesn’t degrade over time. I will update in a year to say if it improved my posture or not. It does make me feel more snug and confident though!! Although maybe it’s because I really enjoy the pressure it gives, like a comforting hug or straight jacket. I also hope it relieves my back and more importantly shoulder pain.
