Great Support
This brace really works, due to recent back problems, I noted that it had start affecting my posture. Upon researching different braces I decided on this one mainly because of the reviews. It fits true to size and once I figured out with the help of my husband how to adjust it I was good to go. The brace provides excellent support, and I can tell the difference when not wearing it because my back pain comes back. I would definitely recommend this brace.

Not for tall torsos.
I’m using it to keep my mid back in place. Did 33 years at the computer before posture ergonomics was invented. But, I’m looking for one that is longer on my torso and helps forward neck/shoulder hunch, mid back slouch and lumbar stability. Yeah, I’m 70 years old. It does work well for mid back though. Shoulders felt good on me. Used medium stretch force. Would work better on shorter torsos as it kept creeping up on me (5’7″, 150 lbs, 34″ waist, medium build).

This works great! Have tried several others with no luck. You can adjust the support to help with back and shoulder pain. Very comfortable to wear whether you are standing or sitting and the velcro stays put even with a lot of movement.

Helped my back pain
First, I would like to start by saying I have scoliosis and am a 42D in bras. This brace really does what it claims to do. It provides support for the entire spine with a focus on the upper and lower back.My lower back is a mess because of scoliosis and my upper back and back of neck are always hurting because of my bra size.This bracelet helped within an hour of putting it on. My lower back doesn’t feel as pinched as it normally did when I bend. This brace provides support for my neck and shoulders more than my other brace did.This is very adjustable and definitely runs true to size. I highly recommend it.My only complaint is that the velcro can be a bit itchy. Definitely wear a tank top under it to prevent chaffing.
